Breakfast was terrible and no towels
This place was dirty. The guests were noisy and had dogs that barked all night. The managers didn’t fix the issues.
Apparently they no longer offer full service cleaning of rooms!! Everyday I had to go down and get our towels and emptied or room garbage. The sheets and comforters looked dirty So I asked for them to be changed the following day, they never did them. Half the time no one is at the counter and they won’t answer the phone. To not have my room cleaned or vacuumed for 4 days is ridiculous and complaining did nothing. They should have their franchise license pulled because it’s fraud to purchase a service and not receive what you paid for. Not to mention they took my card information a second time and charged me for days I wasn’t even there. Time for new owners!!!

All met our expectations
I was disappointed with the shower. There was no place to put any bathroom items like shampoo, not a single shelf. The ice machine did not work. The pool was out of order.
We had 2 separate rooms over a couple days. The first room upon check in didn’t have ANY toilet paper. Made us question if the room was serviced. The second room the toilet didn’t flush, and sink was leaking on the floor. This used to be an EXCELLENT hotel, but it seems that maintenance is slipping and the quality just isn’t there any more.

For $250/night, i expected better room qualify and better breakfast, but everything was very basic.

Super clean, comfy bed and pillows with a nice large shower. Wish they had some more jacuzzi options.
