Located in the popular area of the south in Lacanau Ocean on a fully wooded plot, with large private pool, this villa was completely renovated in 2023.
Furnished terrace, electric blinds and swimming pool, at the back of the house invite you to relax thanks to its southern exposure.
The living/ dining room through doors opens windows on the terrace and garden, the kitchen is independent.
The beds are distributed in three bedrooms: A master suite (bed 160x200cm) with bathroom (Italian shower) and separate toilet, an independent room upstairs (bed 160x200cm) with bathroom (bath and toilet) and a third bedroom (bed 140x190 cm) having a bathroom (shower and sink).
You have one or two parking spaces in front of the house.
Your pets are welcome.

Maison conforme à l'annonce. Quartier calme et très proche du centre-ville. Terrasse plein sud. Jardin clos, occupé à 50% par la piscine et le cabanon technique.
Vaste séjour cathédrale agréable. Mais manque de sièges pour 6 occupants, et leurs invités occasionnels. Grande piscine (10 m) propre et fonctionnelle. Cuisine extrêmement bien équipée pour 6 personnes. Coin mezzanine pour bureau et TV très appréciable. Internet via la fibre et wifi. 2 vraies SdB et une salle de douche. Les locataires n'ont pas accès à toute la surface (bureau, garage, placards). Vélos à disposition.
