The practical and cozy furnishings include a large living/dining area with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV (flat screen), as well as a radio and CD player. The living area leads to a balcony. On the same level, you'll find a bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC, also with access to the balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC on this level.

The upper floor features two more bedrooms: one with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and another with two bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a pull-out bed for one person.
