I liked the stickers showing that the room had not been opened since it was cleaned. The pictures in the room were very nice.
Great place to stay. Easy access, nice dining and shopping options, quiet hotel, friendly staff.
We found the facilities dirty. There was trash at the front door the entire visit. The hot tub was permanently out of service however that was NOT mentioned on the website. Only says pool and hot tub under amenities. I would have gone elsewhere.
We had a great stay. Check in was fast and easy. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fantastic.

Disappointed with staff inconsistencies as far as friendliness to customers. They were really friendly to the people in front of us and then made me feel like we were an inconvenience. VERY DISAPPOINTED with having to pay for internet. Especially considering the price of the room. Room was clean. Bed was okay. Hotel as a whole could probably us an update.
Desk person wasn’t overly friendly. Maybe it was just one of those days. Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast as there were at least 3 soccer teams also staying there and had the whole area taken up.
