Here for business and was very happy with staff, room and breakfast.

Its a decent hotel for the price. And the room was clean. My friends and I had to go to an event so we stayed go one night.

Genny, was awesome. She really made me feel welcome and assisted me when I really needed it.

The public areas, laundry area, Stairways were dirty. The pool had green algae growing on the steps and edges. We found a dirty sock in our room, that was not ours. We stayed for multiple days, they had plenty of time to clean everything, but only did the minimum. The toilets were old and need replacing. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR! we had to cart our kids and luggage, to the middle of the second floor which was a huge inconvenience. The staff was very, very nice you couldn't expect better. The breakfast was great. (that area was well cleaned) They also offer free popcorn in the evening which the kids really like! Overall. For what they charge, skip it and go to the next exit pay an extra couple bucks for something better.

Rear entry door lock was not functioning so anyone could walk right in. Too close to freeway for a peaceful nights sleep. Non smoking room came with 2 ashtrays and a non smoking room sign? TV was not working properly and needed switched out, and no Golf Channel. Limited channels to view.

The staff was very freindly and the room was clean. The tv was difficult to deal with even after management sent someone to repair it. It didn t want to turn on and change channels. The breakfast buffet was hot and fresh and for the price of the room more thnan expected.

Had to travel to Tennessee due to death in family. Got hotel on same day notice and very pleased with hotel stay. Rooms were clean and was quiet. Would stay there again.

We didn't get in until 3AM so our room was given away. Having a disabled traveler with us made the climb to the second floor a little rough, but the room was very nice and meeted our needs. The hot breakfast was very good, too.

Loved this Ramada, my daughter enjoyed the pool. My husband just had hip surgery and they had us in a second floor room. The receptionist was so kind and moved us to the first floor. Great customer service.

I had to make last minute plans for a hotel while traveling to Nashville to run in the Country Music Marathon. I was in a pinch because the hotels available were either several hundred dollars to stay downtown, or to stay at a really shady hotel for cheap. This hotel was a great balance! The hotel was recently rennovated, the bathrooms were really clean and the beds were very nice and comfortable.

Check-in was a breeze since I went through Orbitz. The Hall and room had a very portent smell. I used my body spray to neutralize. The next day I found a house centipede on the ceiling which I tried to kill, but it jumped and hid under the bed. But it made for a great laugh between me and my buddy who was staying there. It was definitely cleaner and better kept than a similar-priced hotel I stayed in Rochester, NY, few months ago.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The host was very friendly and helpful. Our room was great--very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding--hot and plentiful.

Only spent one night, but it was a nice stop over. The free breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. Had a microwave and refrigerator. Much more reasonable cost than the ones I have stayed at just a few miles down the road and just as nice. Only negative would be no elevators if you have luggage.
