🏢 This beautiful and cozy studio on the ground floor of a house offers you several furnished spaces :
- a perfectly equipped kitchenette;
- walk-through apartment with 2 attractive terraces;
- a shower room with WC.

🛌 It consists of a living room, with an ingenious bed system that can be transformed into a sofa for the day.

⭐ Travel in comfort with amenities in the apartment, such as high-speed wifi, heaters, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and refrigerator

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

📍 Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, you are close to many walkable amenities.

🚌 Regarding public transport, you are near the bus line 16 (50 meters) as well as Tram B (Michalon/ Hôpital Nord)and buses 13 and 82, 5 minutes walk.

🚗You can use our parking lot in the very front of our accommodation.

/!\ : No parking space with the studio but possibility of parking above or in a public parking lot below the housing.
The garbage cans are located in the street, below the studio.

🏃To visit the city I advise you to do so walking or by bike, most of the center being reserved for pedestrians!

💁 We are discreet and you have independent access to housing. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linen, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed and bathroom linens will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is a solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you bring your pet with you, we charge €12 incl. VAT/animal/day.
