- NOTE: There is an optional daily pool heating fee of $55 (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). There is also an option to only heat the spa at $15 daily.

- NOTE: If any of the house rules are violated, you will be charged post-stay fines and may be asked to leave the property with no refunds issued

- NOTE: There are landscape and pool maintenance professionals who service the property on an on-going basis. You will be made aware of their schedule after booking. Denying them access to the property is a violation of the house rules.

Generally you will not see us during your stay however, for longer stays we can be available for a walk through of the house and all it's systems if required.
