Living room-kitchen (1 sofa bed 140x190 cm for 1 person), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), shower room (shower + toilet). Private enclosed terrace and garden, 1 parking space on the property. Closed ski and bicycle storage room available. Le Clos des Dijouds offers a small, beautifully appointed cocoon for a stay in the heart of the peaceful hillsides of the Tremblay hamlet. Enjoy its small private garden and terrace with a view of the Dent du Chat. Its location is ideal whatever the reason for your stay: Lac du Bourget (with its beach and water sports) is 3.7 km away, the Technolac activity center 2.5 km away. Discover the region easily thanks to the urban expressway 3 km away or the cycle path 1 km away. All shops and services 4 km away. Ideal location for this small house at the crossroads of the Chartreuse and Bauges Regional Natural Parks, between Annecy, Chambéry and very close to Aix les Bains. The cycle path near the cottage connects the superb Bourget lake path leading to Aix les Bains. A stay between lake and mountain, in a rural setting.
