First we checked in and there was absolutely zero toilet paper. Clearly we figured this out after my wife was stuck on the toilet with no tissue. There was absolutely zero hand soap after we had already been to the front desk once for toilet paper. Then we realized the toilet got clogged when flushed. Later that night we filled up the Jazuzzi and water started coming through the drywall into the living room area and wetting the carpet. The front desk explained to us they had tagged that room out of order but forgot to tell maintenance, so it was a communication error. So we were not allowed to use the Jacuzzi to prevent further damage to the wall and carpet. Later that week after three total calls to the GM that hardly speaks any English at all, a refusal of refund for the upgrade Jacuzzi to the room was denied. In the past, we have had amazing experiences at this hotel and staff. The staff and current GM now running this facility have entirely destroyed anything good this hotel location had going for it unfortunately. There is a reason it has been rated a 2 star hotel on countless websites online and they are lucky to have a 2 star rating at all. For safety and sanitary reasons, problem after problem, I would strongly suggest no family ever stays at this location.

Room was really cold! Bed did not have warm comforter, had lumpy pillows and was worn to the center. Hot tub was down.

Decent hotel with a good price. No major issues. Wallpaper in the room was sagging and the shower head leaked a little.

Hotel served the purpose of a place to stay close to the airport, but I would try for a more pleasant and attentive atmosphere in the future.

The carpet felt moist and sheets did not look clean. The overall feel of the room/hallways was dirty. The pictures on the website make it look way better than it truly is. After our stay I found out I had been charged for two nights when we only stayed ONE night. I submitted to change my reservation on Orbitz.com but somehow it didn't go through. I even have a screen shot of the price change after the change was submitted. We returned our room keys after staying the one night and while no one stayed in the room, we were STILL charged the extra night. With no access to the room via room key and no need to clean the room an additional day, that should be a red flag that there was no one staying in that room. I spoke with the girl at the front desk and explained the situation but she was too focused on eating her breakfast to even care. She wrote my number down for a manager to call me and that never happened, so I called the hotel for a 2nd time and was given the number for the sales/marketing rep for the hotel chain. He did not answer, so I left a voicemail explaining the situation in detail and provided my number to call me. I have not heard from the hotel manager or the sales/marketing rep, it has been 3 days since we have stayed there. As a hotel, customer service and appreciation should be a #1 priority. To put simply, I have no desire to book through Orbitz or stay at this hotel again as both lack the motivation to make things right after an upsetting situation.

Smelled old musty as soon as you walk in the lobby. The room looked nice but still had an odor of old clothes. Bathroom looked clean but smelled of urine. A little disappointed.

We were looking for a comfortable bed and a place to sleep. So we were ok. But we didn't arrive till 2 AM. The hotel is 2 story and no elevator. We are in our 70's and getting our stuff to the room was difficult. And the room hadn't had a good cleaning in a long time.

Room could have been cleaner. Candy wrappers behind end table. Room could have more electrical outlets.

Really disappointed in quality of bath towels. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The hotel is a little bit dated but it is clean. The room was decent , nothing out the ordinary and it was clean. It was a good value for what I paid. The only problem I had is that I thought the hotel was in La Crosse but it happened to be way off downtown.

We stayed over night during college visits. The pool is very nice, clean, the water was warm. It did have a free breakfast, nothing great, but quick. We did use a roll away bed. It was pretty awful. Like laying on nothing but springs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a great value and easy to get to. Having a bar and restaraunt in the hotel is a big advantage. The food was very good and was priced just right. I will stay there again when in the area.

No apparent problems. Nothing to complain about. Easily accessed. Friendly, courteous staff. That's all we expected....that's what we received.

I've stayed here several times. It is convenient, quiet, comfortable, and I enjoy the indoor pool.

The hotel was ok. The room was fine, the bathroom was a little dirty, there was hair on the floor when we got there and the ceiling was dirty with some mold ect. The Heros bar was ok and the breakfast was so so. For the money it was fine but I've gotten better for the same price.

Clean, comfortable, and a wonderful staff! I would definitely stay again!

We were in town to have a sisters / mom weekend. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The free continental breakfast by the fireplace was impressive, and the restaurant was great for the rest of our meals, too. Would stay there again!

Everything was great after the initial check-in which was a complete disaster. The hotel staff said we only had one room reserved. Initially I reserved 3 rooms but had to cancel one of them but the hotel staff cancelled two rooms on their side. The check in person didn't indicate that there were other rooms available and we waited over 30 minutes in the lobby while he tried to sort everything out on their system. Turns out after I went up there to ask if we needed to make other arrangements there were plenty of other rooms available but he didn't want to give us one until he was able to reopen our original reservation in their system. It was terrible because we waited all that time for him to figure out internal issues. He could have given us a room right away and then called us later once he got all the details ironed out.

Nice place, very close to the airport. We had a free hide to the airport. Breakfast simple but ok. Friendly staff. Clean room, good shower. Would stay again.

I saw some negative reviews but took a chance due to the number of full places on a convention visit. The chance paid off! They have been doing a lot of updating and the place seemed newer than it is. The staff was excellent and the place exceeded my expectations. I used to travel all the time for work and know when I receive a good value. I would stay there again.
