We stayed here on our final night after completing the last leg of the camino. The hotel was in a great location but that's about it. Our room was facing the square when teenagers gathered from about 1am and proceeded to shout and scream until about 4am. We had the windows closed but could hear everything. There were no facilities in the hotel for food or drinks. The room was very basic although it was clean. I would not stay here again. It was the most expensive of our hotels on the route and easily the worst value.

Excellent location in the heart of historic city, a little pricey for our budget, very large room. Super nice staff (thank you to Theresa). Next to the taxi stand and bus stop. Easy, short walk to the Cathedral. Our window gave us an excellent view of Cathedral, park. Many pastry shops nearby. Easy to find. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay if the price is less than $123 Euros a night. So thankful we could store our backpacks there.

Little hotel, niccely decorated rooms. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. Very comfortable beds. The staff were always polite and very helpful. The airport bus stops outside the door of the hotel. wiffi is free and fast. Should be 3, 4 star !!

A budget hotel placed as close as you can get to the historic city centre: it’s within 50metres. The airport bus stops right by the front door. The external appearance is rather rundown but this is not reflected by the standards of decoration and maintenance internally. The building has been relatively recently and pleasantly refurbished in a modern style and the furnishings and fittings are equally new. The front desk staff was most helpful and efficient. If you have mobility issues, make these known beforehand as the lift does not serve the top floor. The breakfast bar was sufficient: staff had a challenge keeping it stocked when we were there due to a large party that was breakfasting at the same time. The hotel has a single escape staircase. There is a reasonably priced underground car park across the road under the small square that fronts the hotel.

Stayed there for just one night. Convenient for old town and situated just opposite a large car park. Rooms were satisfactory but no instructions for escaping in a fire escape and no fire escape other than the stairs. As I am disabled and was on the sixth floor escape if necessary would have been difficult. Male receptionist when soigning in was quite surly.

I got this place through Booking dot com. It was a good deal. I give it 4 stars because of its location and great customer service. It does not quite make the grade for 5 starts though. Would I stay there again.... definitely. I walked by the place twice before I actually saw where it was. Very indescript place, but across from the park. They do not have their own parking , but their is parking across the street. Rooms were satisfactory but nothing special. It is nice that you can walk to basically anything you want to see from here.

Very convenient to both old and new town areas. The airport bus and taxi stand is immediately in front of the hotel, making arrival and departure very easy. Rooms on the street side can be noisy, as this street has a lot of traffic and people, but the double windows did an adequate job sealing it out. Air conditioning was underpowered, and the heat was still on during our stay, so leaving the window open at night was necessary. Previous reviews are accurate - limited English speaking staff, but extremely friendly. Less than 10 minutes walk to the cathedral.

We arrived at the hotel without our bags after a mix up (delivered to a different hotel - our fault). The manager was so helpful and wonderful and went out of his way to assist. He organised for them to be transferred and made numerous calls on our behalf. The room was fine and clean but could have done with better lighting. I would definitely skip the breakfast as it was very basic.

We stayed for a 5 nights. Really best hotel. It is only 10 min walk from the Catedral. Very clean and large room, very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Friendly staff, but not speak good English. Thank you for the pleasant stay. I hope will be here again.

I have stayed at this hotel three times as the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are always helpful and welcoming. As others have noted the hotel is centrally located, just a few moments walk from the old town with the airport bus stop right outside the front door. The rooms are reasonably priced with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms are not spacious but adequate and there are many restaurants nearby. I would certainly stay there again.
