No air condition. No in room coffee, Overall it was a pleasant stay. Area is safe and quit. Close to shopping malls, Cathedrals, museum, and nice tour visit.
Its a nice hotel, the lack of facilities to make coffee/tea in hotel room was a disappointment for me.
This hotel (my 6th stay here) is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to either bus or train station. I prefer it to hotels in the city's historical district because it is quieter and easier to arrive/depart the city. Services are good-- nice breakfast. Also close to a major shopping center, which is convenient for those looking for other than souvenirs and touristy items. Beauty shops, laundry services, etc. are closer down here than in the center of the city.
I had hiked for 44 days from France and across northern Spain as part of a religious, spiritual and cultural pilgrimage. I had sent extra baggage to the hotel in advance. It was a delight to have a room ready with the extra things I needed to enjoy the city. Wifi service was free. Snacks and drinks from the bar were very reasonable in price.
