This little hotel was the best find, we enjoyed a beautiful room that was pristine. Balconies overlooking the streets of Santiago de Campostela were a bonus. All day breakfast and snacks, refreshments and espresso coffee downstairs and the best service from staff. I will definitely be back next year after my next Camino and enjoy the fluffy white towels!
We found this place on trip advisor, and we really enjoyed it. Our room was so charming, and had three little balconies to enjoy. The staff have been very friendly and we are enjoying our stay! The hotel also has a pretty good location, and is not very far from the Cathedral.
This place was so cozy and warm. We did the Camino and came upon this place. A gem! Mid range prices and excellent buffet breakfast. Restaurant in the building was very good. Front desk staff very friendly and super helpful!
Alda is in an excellent location in the old town ,a few minutes walk to the Catedral. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly .We were very happy with our room and thre was daily room service ,fresh towels etc.. We considered it good value ,double room 60e per night. The breakfast was adequate and when measured against what was available throughout the city was value @5e
Lovely little hideaway right in the Old City. Very friendly, pretty, clean, inexpensive. I stayed at the Parador the night before to celebrate finishing the Camino and I preferred Hotel Alda😃 am staying there again before leaving Spain.
Loved our stay here. Great spot at the end of the Camino and as a jumping-off-point for exploring Santiago de Compostela, Galicia, and Finisterre. Staff was adequate, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great central old-city location convenient for excellent dining in the neighborhood.
Stayed four nights here with my son last month.Acc.was clean and comfortable ,reception was courteous and helpful.Location is a little difficult to find especially late at night, not well signposted.Good restaurants nearby especially fish restaurant across road fromAldo Agalia, priced very fairly for what is offered.
Wonderful small boutique "hostel" excellent location, nice bathrooms (we got first floor handicap, dont know why) The noise though while sleeping was kind of intense. The street under our window was very loud from 1 am to 5 am or so. Kind of annoying. But aside from that excellent
Warm welcome with professional approach Beautifully decorated rooms Super clean and tidy Very close to turist atractions in the oldtown Read here about noice in other reviews we did not here any Good breakfast in house restaurant Would always go back again because price great value for this nicely done up old building There is a lift
Exactly what you pay for - good basic hotel! This is very no frills and can be noisy at times in rooms at the back but very good value. Staff not very helpful in checking out. Manager seems to not deal with customers at all and when the receptionist is busy just leaves customers to wait.
