The accommodation comprises

Ground floor
- Living room with kitchenette, dining area and 2 single beds
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and a bathroom with a private shower and WC.

1st floor
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and an open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 2: with king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with bath, WC

2nd floor
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds, adjoining bedroom 4, which has a king-size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- Private heated swimming pool (9.5 x 3.5 m), secured by a cover with bars, accessible from 1 May to 30 September.
- A beautiful 800 m² garden and a 20 m² terrace (south-facing) with furniture and table tennis to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in La Bastide-d'Engras, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Avignon: the City of the Popes and its emblematic monuments.
- Uzès: stroll through its charming Duchy.
