Spent one night at hotel. Staff are very friendly. The rooms are quite poky and run down. Hardly a 4* hotel. Shower was old and not powerful. The views are miserable and overlook apartment buildings. Bed was comfy.

This property is conveniently located near everything (metro, cafes, bus stops and shops)! If you book a stay without breakfast, fear not, there is a nice restaurant right across the street where you can enjoy everything from breakfast to dinner and at an affordable price. The front desk ladies are pleasant and very helpful. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, mini bar, safe, closet space, tv, etc. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. While there we needed to make international calls and were able to do it from our rooms at absolutely no charge which was really nice and convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely will be staying here on our next trip to Barcelona.

This hotel is nice and clean located about 10 minutes away from the city centre. We had a comfy super king bed and a very spacious bathroom with nice toiletries. We were given a small bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary upon arrival which we didn't expect. Definitely recommend.

It's a good hotel but unfortunately the location is not really good to visit Barcelona. You must take the metro or a taxi to go there and to join the metro station you must walk for 15 minutes. If it's your first time in Barcelona and you don't know the city I think it's better to choose a hotel in the city. But apart from that the hotel is good the rooms are beautiful and very modern. The breakfast buffet was amazing a large choice and very good quality. The staff was very friendly just like anyone in Barcelona the people of this city are lovely and everybody was so nice a lovely city

This is a beautiful hotel with lovely spacious rooms and friendly staff (Olga on reception is extremely helpful). Would be perfect if the location was a little better however with good transport links this is still a fantastic place to stay within the wider Barcelona area.

The hotel is located in Hospitalet a suburb of Barcelona but easy to reach by metro and taxi. The rooms are new and well organized, good quality bed and wifi is working properly. The staff is very gentle and help you where they can.

Been to eurostars hotel before so new what to expect. Rooms clean, tidy and well decorated. Plenty of towels which were changed daily and room tidied every day. Didn't have breakfast but did find that staff very helpful and friendly. Would use them again.

I have been in this hotel for two nights. The location is good. Near the metro station and enough space for parking your own car. The rooms are large enough. The personel are helping and friendly .A supermarket named

What a great wee find this hotel was. Yes it's a bit out from the centre, however the newest metro is only 10min walk away. And easy to find. Main reason for my trip was to visit Camp Nou, this hotel is ideal as it's only a 30min walk. I was traveling solo and I'm female, so found the place safe for my needs with plenty nearby. I had a problem with my return shuttle to the airport, I.e. the company could not find my booking!! However the lovely reception staff sorted this for me. (Apologies never got your names ladies) but thank you. Clean, comfortable, and great value, I would book again.

I had Googled and re-Googled this hotel before making the reservation and while some people gave it a 1 or 2 stars, I decided to make my own mind because there are always people who judge too harshly. I should have listened. Taxis have no idea how to get here and will start the meter once you're in the cab and take they're time trying to pin point the location on their gps. The initial checkin was fairly easy and nice. The staff is courteous and helpful. That's all for the positives. My husband and I stayed on the first floor. The smell of an uncleaned carpet and mildew hits you smack in the face when you get off the elevator. He'd give this hotel 1/4* if he could. I hate that there's no air in the room. The windows do open! The room is not the cleanest I have ever seen but I decided to give it a chance and make the most of it. The bathroom. I won't go into details because I have a lot to say about other things... soap scum, yes. Painted over mold on shower ceiling, yes. Broken shower head fixed with scotch tape, yes. Rough towels, yes. The bed. Ugh. After a week, my chiropractor is on speed dial as soon as I land. Pillows are flat. The t.v - I don't speak Spanish so I didn't open it. About the city: The Santa Eulàlia metro (L1 red line) is a short walk. Their metro system is pretty easy to learn but you'll be taking it a lot by staying at this hotel. There's a lot of trash talk about La Rambla, but you can be sure I'll be staying there next time. The back and forth is a killer and comes to be expensive €50.00 worth of metro cards in 6 days (we lost one so technically €40.00) the area is slum-ish and creepy. Camp nou - must Casa Milà - must Casa Batllò - must La Rambla - must (at night but check your bag) Taller de Tapas (camp nou) - good Granja m. Viader - must NBA Cafe - stay away Conesa Sandwiches - um ok (not as good as everyone says) Park Guell - must Gotic Quarter - must (but scary at night) La Boqueria - must (Closed on Sunday) Wok to walk @ Boqueria - must ++ Churros - eat as much as you can Paella - stay away (especially on the Rambla) Note that their food has slim to no seasoning. I actually had tears when on the let day, I decided to go with the internationally known McDonald's for breakfast. Mmmmmmmmmmmm If you eat at the Boqueria at the tapas bars, ask for the garlic butter/sauce to be on the side as they squirt it all over the dish and makes it totally gross. Ladies, watch your purse. Try to get a zipper purse where when zipped, it's in the front and keep it to your front. Pick pockets are easy enough to pick out. Just be aware of your surroundings. Men, keep everything in your front pockets.
