We loved the friendliness of the staff all throughout the hotel. The staff at the counter, all of the housekeeping, and the breakfast crew were all just fantastic to interact with. The location of the hotel was also perfect for everything we wanted to do as the subway station was just outside the hotel and we were about a 10-minute walk to Nishiki Market.
The location is very convenient. One block from a subway station exit. The convenient store is across the street. A few Japanese restaurants are just at the corner. It is easy to get to the hotel from Kyoto station by subway. (It only takes several minutes.)

Beautiful entrance, spacious room, big tub, comfy bed, nice to have a kitchen. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Our room looked onto an air shaft so we had no way of seeing the sky. Lots of sirens at night so not as quiet as we had hoped.
We stayed at a studio room and were very pleased with it! Roms are very clean, big, well equipped (shower, kitchen, etc.). Located just a few steps from Gojo station. Staff were super nice and helpfyul! We really liked staying there and would love to come back! :)
