I love the beach front view. The breath taking view with my morning coffee and excellent breakfast was so worth the price. My only complaint was the way the Caucasian manager with blue shirt of the dining area was very mean to the staff. The wait staff were so sweet and helpful and he would walk by them and say mean things to them. I heard him call one of the staff worthless. The bar was convenient and good drinks. The housekeepers supervisor came each evening to make sure were pleased with our service. All cleaned well! Oh what is load shedding!
I stayed here for several days in March and was pleased with my stay. In addition to the new, modern renovated rooms, the location is great, right across from the beach and near the Suncoast Casino and Entertainment complex. The restaurant had great food and drinks. And the free breakfast buffet was delicious and much more extensive than I expected. The hotel was undergoing a massive renovation and I'm sure it will be beautiful once it's done. I was not bothered by the noise since I was gone most of the day. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.
