Stayed in this hotel for two nights in September and it was well worth the money. The rooms are of a very high standard and the bathrooms are spotless. The views from the balcony are excellent. I would stay again.

We arrived without a reservation in Opatija in October. After checking with a number of less grand and inviting hotels, we found a polite welcome at the loveliest of the hotels, the Palace Bellevue. The gentleman at the desk offered 2-3 rooms, but noted a lovely view was available at the part of the hotel next door across a private driveway, some 15 feet away. I was shocked to learn that several obviously very spoiled people had actually complained about this vast distance. The room was lovely, the hotel entirely gracious. The balcony overlooking the sea was a joy. We decided to stay another night. The hotel offered a wonderful sauna and swimming pool and an excellent breakfast in a gorgeous room. I cannot imagine how anyone could find fault with such a lovely place. We will certainly return.

Family of three had nice large room with king size bed and sofa wich served as a bed for our daughter (15). She had no complains to sleeping comfort. Bathroom was a bit small, it can serve only one Pearson at time. Fully equipped with fresh towels, very clean. Not best reception of TV chanels (some Slovenian chanels was not visible as my daughter and wife wanted to follow TV show). Wellness has nice swimming pool and two saunas. Saunas are small for capacity of hotel, only six rest places. Breakfast was good, with wide variety of food. There is cook, preparing eggs, omlets and pancakes. Some salads, all different kinds of bread, toast...cheese, salami, jams, honey. Anybody can find something of his taste. Staff is very friendly. Only remark was that there were no parking spot for my car on first night. I had to get a place in public garage which is near by (Slatina shopping Centre). Next morning they offered a place as some guests has left hotel. It was not real problem!

This hotel is in the center of Opatija very close to everything which is nice. Upon arrival we ran into a gate and didn't know how to get in, I had to get out of the car, walk inside and ask which was inconvenient. They don't offer parking only for a charge and they have a very limited space so if you don't have a parking spot you have to go to the public parking garage little down the road and walk to your car if you want to go somewhere. Again inconvenient. The staff was friendly, the room was nice but pricey and the breakfast great.

This hotel got two buildings, when you booking they do not provide you information about which building you should go for check-in, not convenient if you arriving in a raining day (which we were), the hotel name is different than Remisens Hotel Palace Bellevue, makes it more confusing. The receptionist was okay but not very helpful about where to go and what to do, we even had to ask for a city map and he didn't bother to tell us any information and hardly smiled. When we got to our room we found the door was opened, although no one was in it but the first impression was quite bad. Eventually we realised that the door need to be smashed to close in order to luck it, and we guess the housekeeping didn't smash hard enough. Room was quite small, should say smaller than average but doesn't really bother us as we don't have much bags, but for people travelling far will need to reconsider it. Towel warmer was not working at all, I don't understand if the hotel not gonna let us use it why bother to install them? The hot water was a joke too, changes from boiling hot to freezing cold every half second and non-stop until you finish your shower. Considering a 4 star hotel should not have this problem. Pouring rain on the departure day, we had to run through the rain to the reception desk to check us out, and the front desk doesn't bother to offer a lift (with umbrella) back to the building we were to pick up our bags. The only up side probably the location and the price, as we don't need to pay extra for expensive sea view restaurants.

Opatija is well known and has been established as a major destination for more than 100 years. The hotel has limited parking but is a great place to stay. Excellent room, far larger than normal with traditional facilities, all top class. The room is pure luxury with everything you would expect. Separate TV area and an additional one in the bedroom. Hotel meals very good, super friendly and helpful staff. Top rated by me.

We stayed here for two nights on our recent trip to Croatia. We had a room overlooking the Adriatic Sea with a nice balcony to sit outside. the hotel is situated in the centre of the town with plenty of good eating places very close by. Try and get a room in the part of the hotel where the restaurant is situated as this will save you walking across from the main reception

Not exactly Italy but the food was very good for Croatia the service was excellent but the pasta was not cooked properly. My wife did enjoy her fish however. Not a place for romance or couples as it was quite loud

Booked a so called suite with sea view, which was oddly partitioned: small living room, while bedroom and bathroom were OK. Bathroom had very unpractical almost impossible to use bathtub. Staff very arrogant and poorly trained, the reception area smelly with dated furniture, elevators not working for 2 days out of our 3 days stay. Breakfast OK.

Wonderful hotel right in the middle of quainted Opatija and on the front line of the sea. There are 2 buildings, My room was spacious, with good beding and bathroom as well as with a cute small balcony facing the sea with 2 chairs and a table. Breakfast was good but nothing extraordinary. Personnel was always well present and helpful.
