Super 8 Allentown West Kutztown

The first room was dirty and smokey so they gave us another room which was cleaner but the desk chair was broke. The bed slept very nice. When we went to the breakfast bar at 8 am everything was just about empty they did not replenish it. Very disappointed

You get what you pay for. A bargain hotel at a bargain price. While it was conveniently located to Kutztown, it was very difficult to get to and from Allentown (or anywhere else, for that matter), as the main bridge that allows you to access the hotel was closed. The hotel, while being clean, is in desperate need of refurbishment. Almost everything was either dirty, chipped, or broken.

It was quiet. The room was ok but could have been a lot cleaner.

It was a good location everything else was average

Hotel was great. It was very clean and amendities were enough to make it feel like home. Only concern was no one was on desk in the morning. I went out for breakfast at 6 am and went to check out at 7:30 and still no one on desk duty.

2nd worst hotel I ever stayed at. Rooms were dirty and reeked of cigarette smell. Found not 1 or 2 cigarette butts behind a night stand, but a pile of different brands and types along with a pile of ash. Continental breakfest was a joke. Save your money, sleep in your car!

Honestly, the staff was nice and I could see that the hotel at one point was nice looking, but a lot of the facilities were falling apart. If you need a quiet and cheap place to sleep on a road trip like I did it was fine. But if you're looking for somewhere nice to stay is suggest you look elsewhere.

This travel site threw us there as we were looking for something in Allentown area, my fault I didn't look more carefully but the place is quite a stroll from Allentown (and from anything else). The room was reasonable, the tv didn't work, the breakfast was bare even by Super 8 standards. The Italian restaurant next door was a pleasant surprise (and the hotel staff did recommend it to us), extremely nice service and very decent food and I guess the dinner on the other side of the highway did a fine job for breakfast.

The search showed the hotel was 7 miles from the address we searched. We actually had to drive 16 miles.

I STAY HERE EVERY YEAR IN JUNE. GOOD PLACE TO STOP

the aircond. did not work properly (condensation on the floor & did not remove humidity ),the door to the room would not open all the way (the bottom of the door needed to be trimed down )

ROOM WAS CLEAN.

because of bad weather being forcasted our day trip turned into a two night stay so we didnt have to drive home on the icy roads. We saw everything that we planned on seeing and returned home safely.

The receptionest didn't speak very good English, not Americans The 'superstart' breakfast wasn't very well supplied We've stayed in better hotels. There were no resturants close by We did find the hotel to be in the right distance for the Festival at Kutztown

only spent the night traveling to new england well located to interstate

The hotel was older than te picture looked. The breakfast was a joke.

Overall good nights stay but someone smoking nearby and some smoke crept into the room. Noisy pipes from bathroom being used in some other room. Rooms were very clean! Bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the addition of the microwave as the coffee would get cold before I drank it all, plus leftovers from restaruant are better HOT! A fruit addition to continental breakfast (plus maybe decaf coffee) would be nice.

We arrived early (1:30pm) and room was ready-he showed-it to us first as we requested handicap accessable-it was perfect. We previously stayed at Super 8 in Colorado and N. Carolina. We have never been disapointed.
