The Seaside Jewel has six bedrooms, all of the bedrooms have king sized beds except for the kids room downstairs which has a twin over a queen bunk, and an additional twin.
The main floor includes a luxurious primary suite with an ensuite bath, three other bedrooms, a spacious open living room, dining room, large gourmet kitchen and two bathrooms.
The living space is open and welcoming with ocean views, plenty of seating and a 65 inch flat screen TV. The bathrooms are beautiful with custom tile throughout.
The kitchen is every cooks dream! A massive butcher block island anchors the room. Custom made cabinetry and upscale appliances including a separate Subzero Freezer and separate commercial size refrigerator! Cafe appliances including a combo convection oven with air fryer. Multiple wine fridges as well.
The separate dining area with fireplace and sky lights seats ten people.
Three other bedrooms complete the main floor, all decorated in a calming coastal vibe with a pastel palette.
The lower level has a beautiful bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom, a kitchen with sink, microwave and toaster oven, a cozy reading nook for little ones, a kids bedroom with a custom built bunk bed and separate twin bed, and a living room with tv and electric fireplace and a great play area stocked with games, a Play Station 5, and a Nerf Gun wall!
The back yard boasts a putting green where you can practice your golfing skills! There are multiple outdoor seating area throughout the property including a large front area with a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Gather round the fire while listening to the ocean waves, or grab a book and a cool drink and lounge on the outdoor swing bed!
We have two driveways and a garage for ample parking.

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM

You must be at last 25 years old to enter into a rental contract
We provide the sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, and blankets.
If you plan on bringing a dog, please let us know. We charge a $225. non-refundable dog fee.

All dogs are required to be on a leash at all times. April 1st through September 30th, dogs are allowed on the beach during restricted hours BEFORE 9:00 a.m. and AFTER 5:00 p.m. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between 9AM-5PM. October 1st through March 31st,dogs are allowed on the beach during all hours. $225 non-refundable pet fee.
