Well I could never possible begin to imagine what most people would do, but after a long night at Changkat I decided to check into Will - no regrets! Don't be too quick to judge this tiny building, the rooms rather.... amazing I would say! Can't remember the chubby Indian guy's name, but he's amazing :)

Location are good , next to Imbi train station, near bukit bintang MRT. Directly opposite Time square. Room are big and clean, toilet are big with basic toiletries , water pressure are strong and only 1 shower head. Hot water function well and air conditioning are strong , very fast Cool. Staff are all very friendly and each time go in /out from main door hotel will have staff help to open door with smile. Check in / out process are fast . Bed are comfortable too. Pillow a bit low and soft.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful. The rooms were clean & neat & so were the bathrooms. For the price you pay it’s well worth it. It’s in the main area of bukit bintang with lots of shops near. There’s a Burger King just opposite the hotel & a few pop up restaurants within a short walking distance. Only con is breakfast wasn’t very grand. Had basic cereal & that wasn’t even very good. Only thing nice from the breakfast was muffins & toast.

I returned for the second time to this hotel expecting the same level of happiness and satisfaction feeling as I had from the previous stay. However, it is not the case this time. Check in process was the only time I felt they provided a good service. After that, everything went from bad to worst.I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights there and each room have issues during our stay. One of the room, once we entered , always have a strong smell from the toilet and it takes about 30 minutes by opening the door to make the smell gone. The other room is experiencing the water leak from its ceiling for 2 days straight. Have asked the front desk staff to inform their engineer to fix the issue but comes to an empty action. On the second day, i had to go down to the reception at 12 midnight to complaint of the issue and have to wait them fixed it until 00.45 am. Some of the tv channels are inaccessible. All of the three rooms we stayed had the same issue. I had to asked the night manager to look to this issue and he took pictures on his mobile phone but still nothing being fixed up to the moment we are checking out. To complete the unhappy experience during the stay is the arrogance behavior of one of the girl in front desk.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights this time. The location was still excellent. But the experience was not as good as before. The rooms we got this time were much smaller compared to last time. When we checked in at around 8pm, we asked for twin beds, but the reception staffs said that they only had queen size beds. Fair enough that we didn’t specify twin beds when we made the booking. We asked the hotel to switch us to twin bed room if there was any available next day. You really had to follow up and insist with the staff even if they said yes. The staff would not inform us proactively. The following is for information only. They are not necessarily complaints but maybe information useful to other travelers. The hotel was under renovation so could be inconvenient some time. You had to pay extra deposit of MYR50 if you requested a second room key, which was a practice I didn’t encounter much in other hotels. We booked room with breakfast included. One morning we had to go out early before the breakfast was served and no replacement breakfast box could be offered. The choices and portions of breakfast were more limited this time. We were also not allowed to use our own tea bags in the restaurant. Overall speaking, the experience was not as good as last time when we stayed in this hotel in April this year. I won’t recommend this hotel for my own friends. I would seriously explore other options next time when I go to KL.

WOLO Hotel is in the thick of it and if travelling you will love it. Staff are fantastic, great bar upstairs as well. Just loved it for the convenience to public transport bars, food and shopping. Very close to Changkat st and Twin towers.

I recently stayed, having seen it being built over the years from yearly visits to KL. Had great coffee and cakes at the patisserie on the ground level, but when I finally decided to book and stay in February 2018, the cafe style had changed, possibly the name too. Nevertheless, coffee and pastry are still available but not as richly French patisserie styled or varieties as when first launched. The hotel was interesting in that the lobby is on another floor via the lift and entry from the street was a side door, beside accessing the lifts from the cafe on ground level. The rooms are modern in decor and style with ample space but an unusually large undivided bathroom/toilet space, like a wet room. Beautifully tiled but slippery marbled floor when wet. If careful, can leave bathmat as far away as practical to keep dry for when drying up. The bed is a raised platform and mattress, right next to the window. Comfy and firm support. Spectacular view but not if you are alti-phobic. Lots of storage space and the sliding wardrobe door is the mirror. It can be confusing when first seeing the room before you realise the myriad of storage spaces behind these heavy doors. At night, can be noisy from the street even 16 floors up because the restaurants below blast out music and it travels upwards from the funneling effect of tall buildings on both sides of the street. Shopping is very convenient with LOT 10 right opposite, having a handy food court below ground level. The Pavilion Mall, Fahrenheit Mall and Sephora are very close by across the street to the left of hotel. There is now a new MRT station right outside hotel. Would stay here again for the convenience but not if you are a light sleeper.

i've had my worst stay ever. can you imagine going back from a long walk at kl needed a nice nap back at the hotel and find your room is floated with all the toilet water (+ your own POO you just pooped in the morning). all of my bags were wet bcs i left them on the floor. and now,i have a traumatic feeling when i flush a toilet whenever i am pooping at. it wasn't happened at my own room but the room next door experienced the same, and even worst, they were sleeping inside the room and woke up bcs of a weird sound and smell! i asked the manager to do something to my bags and stuff that are dirty now, they offered a one day laundry service for free, was happy and then the next day i found my bag was only being dried! how did i know? bcs it still has a dirt from my cigarettes inside the bag. they never washed it. thanks. i had to carry bags that has touched my own poo for my next trip. thank you WOLO. THANK YOU. i will never forget this. oh and if you think you still could give this hotel a chance because its location, go check airbnb and find plenty of rooms just right beside pavilion, with better toilet and cheaper price!

Went here for my sis 40th Birthday celebration. We were having dinner at Mr Chew on the top of WOLO Hotel. A very convenient and strategic place to stay in town. But a bit noisy even after midnight cos its in the centre of the city, But overall, Its a nice place to stay!

No doubt its a pretty small boutique at the heart of bukit bintang. I dont like the separate partition of sink & shower area...worst of all lousy tv travellers beware of getting zero entertainment from your tv..thank god i own a netflix account..location was the only plus point.. definitely my 1st & last stay..and so you have been told..😄
