Con: The room is pretty small. The ventilation in the bathroom is poor - get very hot after shower. Pro: 2 mins walk from KLIA2 - lots of food options if you don't get there too late or too early.
My room was quiet and I never heard any jet noise. Breakfast buffet was quite good. everything was well organized, clean and quite modern and new. Will stay here again. Short walk to KLIA2 terminal which is a shopping mall with an airport terminal attached.
We spent a night at this hotel before our flight early next morning. However, we couldn’t sleep due loud noises coming from outside. Our room was right adjacent to the elevator so there was a lot of traffic in addition to kids running and screaming and baby crying. This went on till 2 am. Sound proofing the entry door will help immensely.

The check in was smooth. I arrived 3 hours earlier of the check time. The supervisor allowed me to check in without charge for the studio reservation. Thanks the friendly service of the front desk staff, Ying. 👍👍👍👍👍
I liked how helpful the reception staff were. They even made sure we knew which terminal we needed to go to, and told us the various ways we could get there. We had everything we needed for the night, and the room service food we ordered was tasty.
I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport. It was indeed very convenient to terminal 2, it's about 10 minutes walk plus there are lots of food choices and groceries at the terminal 2. My flight was actually at terminal 1, but riding the express train takes few minutes from terminal 1 was easy. The room is clean and decent. However with no tooth brushes. Other guests are noisy throughout the night so be prepared.
Not fancy, but adequate. Extremely convenient, especially if connecting from KLIA main terminal to KLIA-2 terminal. Free 24-hour shuttle between terminals. No taxi necessary to this hotel from KLIA-2 terminal (or back again). It is a 5-minute walk through a dedicated covered walkway, which was great for me since I arrived late at night into KLIA main terminal, and had an early morning, next-day departure from KLIA-2.

The location is perfect: just outside KLIA2. Access to the hotel is poorly marked though: the covered walkway is only accessible from some deserted mezzanine level of the carpark. More signs should be put up. The hotel is pleasant and vibrant. Rooms are nice and clean, have the necessary amenities. The rooms are a bit run down, nothing special, just from normal regular use. The walls are very thin, the noise from adjacent rooms and the hall was heard in the room. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone having an early flight from KLIA2.
