Stayed 2 weeks .. enjoyed the room and my view. In heart of all the action. Good choice.

Ok location, nice rooms, clean overall.......................................

The stay was good and the hotel met my expectations

The hotel stay was good for the money nothing not to like there.

The stay at the hotel was good. The only thing that I would change be the restaurant food could be better for the money.

I booked Swiss Garden Hotel while i was in Kuala Lumpur for 10 days. Overall I had no issues. The check in and out were very quick and hassle-free. I will be staying at this hotel when I visit KL again. Pros: The price is very reasonable. *Free wifi *Helpful staff. *Awesome location (5 minute walk to Bukit Bintang, 10 min drive to KLCC area, 10 min walk to Berjaya Times Square, and 10 min walk to China Town) *The hotel provides daily complementary water, toothbrush, and toothpaste. *The house keeping is phenomenal. One day I left at around 2 PM. I figured that this day my room wasn't going to get made. To my surprise when I got back later the same night, the room was cleaned. Every hotel I have stayed at in the past will do room cleaning in the morning time maybe till 11 AM. Cons: Aside from the issues I had the first night with the room I had before I was moved to the room I got, there is nothing major to complain about. *Limited room service menu. *Expensive breakfast.

I could clearly recommend this hotel. With location in short walk from Imbi monorail station this hotel indeed easy and not expensive to reach. Bukit Bintang with all shopping places nearby. J Alor street with all assortments of food is short walk as well. Nice views of city from high floors. :) Room is great, with comfortable bed, fit with all might need including kitchen area. Nice swimming pool and gym. Staff is helpful and professional. Can recommend for business/family or individual stays. Great hotel, nice stay experience. Good job, management. :)

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our KL stay. It was in a great location, from which you can easily walk to transport, restaurants, shops, nightlife, etc. The room was incredibly comfortable -- beyond our expectations -- and we didn't want to leave. We enjoyed the bar, happy hour, pool, luxurious bed, windows/view, space, amenities, cafe in the lobby, you name it. What a great hotel.

The hotel is in center of Kuala Lumpur, nevertheless not at a walking distance to any major attraction, but not far. It is few minutes walk to Monorail station with 3 stops to KL Sentral where you can take KL Transit, or Express train to Putrajaya the new Federal Government seat, or to the international airport. In the other direction it is only few minutes walk to Pudu Sentral where you can take LR train to Masjed Jamek one stop away.. My room was well appointed, clean, quite, and comfortable. There is free wifi, and TV with English language channels including BBC

Not the fanciest, not the shiniest, not the most memorable - but one of the suavest values in Kuala Lumpur. Highlight: the baths. They're better than Jacuzzis.

Nice Hotel with nice stuff & good location - clean.

Good experience. Room was as expected. Internet is extra unless you go to 11 floor E-lounge. Close to Tang Hau Monorail station. Currently the road outside of the hotel is under repair; no walk ways.

I tried both Swiss Garden and Swiss Garden Residences. I like them both. It's in a wonderful location (5 mins walking distance to Chinatown, Pudu bus station, subway, 15-30 mins walking distance to the KL Tower,Twin Tower and many other major buildings or museums.), helpful staff, and clean rooms. Swiss Garden is hotel-like, and NO in-room WIFI; the SG Residences is apartment-like with in-room WIFI code provided and may have free breakfast buffet (depends on the price maybe). I would recommond this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was in a great location~~~( however, they were no perks given esp since we had to check out early!!! We gave the hotel a 2 full day stay. I totally did not appreciate the mistreatment.

Everything was fine except reservations dept and the breakfast.

If you like to shop, the hotel location is a little far from the Golden Triangle shopping area. You might think taxi is an easy solution, but the traffic around the hotel is really really bad. You probably will have to pay double due to the bad traffic, and you probably can walk faster than taking a taxi. When I first checked in, I couldn't find any towels in the room, they took forever to send the towels. Throughout my stay, they took my hand towels and couldn't provide me the replacement. The free internet connection is really slow, you can't even watch a youtube video, and no wireless for ipod or ipad. They have wireless at the lobby, but you will have to pay for a drink to get the access code.

Clean and comfortable

the hotel is overall very good. the best part was the breakfast buffet, which was AWESOME. the service was excellent, the reception people were very helpful and nice. only downside was that we were 3 people (mom, dad, me) and were expecting a room with two double beds. however, we got a room with 2 single beds and they brought in a rollaway bed, which was fine but since the rooms are pretty tiny, this left NO extra room to walk around in the room. not really a big deal because we only came to the hotel to sleep basically, but just one small thing. all in all, an excellent hotel that i would definitely stay in again!

The Swiss Garden was a wonderful hotel. Couldn't ask for better. True luxury. Quite reasonably priced. Even complimentry bottles of water, in the rooms. Great food in two restaurants, also reasonably priced. A full, complete FREE breakfast included, all you can eat, buffet - French toast, fried potatoes, omelets, fried eggs, chicken sausages, etc. Located right in the center of the shopping district, fifteen minute walk from Kentucky Fried Chicken, and MacDonalds. Hotel chock full of interesting travelers "on holiday", as the British, Malaysians, Aussies, etc. say. Everyone willing to converse about their country, and their view of the world.
