Has everything that is needed. Location is perfect for hospital visit.

I enjoyed every minute in the hotel. The room was very comfortable with a very nice view of the Petronas Twin Tower. Room Service was good and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay again here the next time I visit Kuala Lumpur!

Bathroom / Toilet Stinks...Carpet Stinks..The House Keeping Does Not Have Any Manner...Directly Enters The Room Whether You Are There Or Not With Their Master Key...Sockets Not Working... Web Says Free Wifi... After That They Will Charge... Lifts Only Three Working Out Of 6...Have To Wait More Than 5 Mins To BOARD The Lift.... Overall Very Bad Experience... Will Never Again Go Or Recommend Anybody

This is the worst hotel i ever stay in my life. I stay at the Deluxe room. I stayed at floor 24A Toothbrush - Such a big hotel and somehow is the tallest hotel in Malaysia KL ( As stated in their paper in the hotel room ) , I actually need to purchase Toothbrush for RM5 .. WAT IS THIS ? .. Didn't hotel should give Guest Toothbrush No matter wat type of room it is ? Other hotel i stayed will give Guest toothbrush for free even budget hotel will give toothbrush for guest for free. Why this hotel need to charge me for that ? Television - The room i stayed. The television is soo small .. it's CRT TV .. OH MY GOASH ! It's like Genting first world hotel the room Television. Somehow , the signal of the channel is not good too. Toilet - The shower heater is making me frustrated. I slightly turn the shower heater , the water is soo hot until it can cook my skin .. if i didn't turn the shower heater , the water is so cold. Air corn - Air corn controller in my room is SPOIL. No matter wat temperature i adjust , it's totally not working at all , So cold until i need to wear jacket. Wat if i fall sick ? Do hotel pay for my medical fees ?

It was ok, the location was not as good as I expected.

nice and clean hotel, staff friendly but don't understand why internet is not availaibvle in room only at lobby and unreasonable expensive

Good location and was sightseeing in KLWhat was advertised in [...] was not given. So get everything in writing from [...] when you book online

All Good pool a bit small. Location close to rail. Nearest mall 10 min easy walk.

The Hotel services was good until the last day when myself and my family were treated like a stranger after checking out and waiting for our ride. We were told we will have to leave the lobby if our ride don't show up on time. I was very upset about this and don't think I will want to return to this hotel or recommend it anyone I know.

The location is good, however the service of the hotel is terrible. Firstly, i was not greeted when i came through the doors. No one opened the doors to my door of the car, no one offered to take my luggage to the check in desk let alone my room - i had to lug it upstairs. I would expect this from a 2 star hotel, however from a 4 star hotel, it is appalling. What am i paying so much money for them? excellent service is vital. Also, at around 2 in the morning, i had serious vommitting and called room service for a bottle of water, it took a long time for them to transfer me to someone who understood what i was talking about, and when they transferred me to someone, the staff provoked an arguement - sir did you check the entire room for water, we are going to charge you for this. When a guest requests water especially when he/she has just thrown up, that should be given immediately without thought.

This is a pretty good hotel for the price. It's not quite 5-star, but we had no real big complaints. We were surprised at the fairly decent fitness center (except for the lack of cardio equipment) and nice COOL swimming pool (Kuala Lumpur is very hot all year-round). The staff was not overly friendly and helpful, but not rude either. In this part of the world, westerners need to be aware that they will just have to 'deal' with some cultural differences, such as the fact that the 'health spa' was for men only (a very annoying but unavoidable nuisance, unfortunately). The hotel is located in the 'Chow Kit' disctrict of KL - not the best part, but not the worst - and it is situated close to the Chow Kit monorail stop, which makes it very easy to walk out of the hotel and have the city at your fingertips. We enjoyed this! The only real gripes we had were the fact that the housekeeping staff didn't ever seem to want to leave enough towels and we had to call to get another, and the fact that when you purchase rooms online, the breakfast buffet is not included with your room. The buffet wasn't anything to write home about anyway, so this wasn't too big of an inconvienience. As in most places, eating at the hotel is overpriced and low-quality. KL is a city full of great, cheap restaurants, so who wants to eat at the hotel anyway? Overall, it was pretty much what we expected. Clean rooms, good A/C and no major complaints. We would probably stay again.

i was expect a 4 stars service, but should had rated a 2 stars

This big hotel is localized 4 skyline train stations from main shopping centers, however, it takes only 3 min by foot to get to Chow Kit station. Very good and variable couisine, mainly asiatic. Majority of guests come from Asia. Helpful reception service.

Although the staff is very friendly, the hotel seems a bit run down--the toilet didn't work well, no internet in the rooms, some of the plugs in the rooms didn't work. Overall, a very average hotel.
