Great Hotel based on location, near bus station, LRT Station, Petaling Street, 24Hr Texas Fried Chicken, Central Market, Kasturi Walk and many food stall around. Little bit dusty and dirty but overall still ok.

This hotel is so strategically located, next to it is the lrt station and in the other side is a 5mins walk GoKL bus stop..5-10mins walk to petaling/chinatown so no worry about food and across of the hotel is pasar seni/central market where u can buy things! Minimarket is also a cross of geo hotel. However the hotel itself didn't impress me. The aircon is diff to adjust so temp is too cold, well just enough hotel for you to sleep over the night.....so if location is on ur #1 list then take this hotel....

Bad wifi keep disconnecting Very noisy air conditioning system Front desk staff never smiled Breakfast is not on hotel and you had to pay for it in the lobby CHECKING-IN AT 03:00 pm!!!!!!! Extra fees need to be pain the price on Booking.com isn't the final price ( don't plan according to it ) you have to pay +16% more

Great hotel to stay in Kuala Lumpur. The location couldn't be better, right in front of the Central market, near the train and bus station. A lot of options to eat are close by and the rooms are great! Nice bed, great bathroom and the staff are kind and polite. You need to make a deposit when you check in and they give it back to you when you check out, this deposit can be in US dollars. For sure I would stay here again.

Just an average hotel. Meet with an unfriendly front counter staff during check in. Just ok for one night short stay. Central Market just located opposite of this hotel. 5-10 minutes walking distance to China town, Petaling Street. 24 Hours Texas Chicken fast food located at next door, very convenient for food.Limited car parking lots. Free shuttle bus stop is located next to hotel. Provide free bus ride to Bukit Bintang and sorrounded attractions. This hotel require refurbish and upgrade to attract more tourists and guests.

This is a good budget hotel whose cost maybe on the higher end of the budget scale. This is understandable as the hotel is situated at the center of the city, next to the skytrain station and is very close to Chinatown and other areas. The room I stayed in was a standard room which costed about 160 MYR/day. Below are the pros and cons of the hotel as per my observation. Pros: 1. Located at the center of the city, it is surrounded by all kinds of busy areas/buildings. 2. Due to the location, finding food, public transport, and cheap places to shop at shouldn't be a problem. 3. The rooms are simple and cater to the needs of budget travelers, and perhaps some backpackers. 4. Some rooms have the view of the KL Tower, which looks beautiful all lit up during the night. Cons: 1. The staff and the front desk personnel are not as friendly as you would expect. 2. The room I stayed in was a standard room with very basic amenities. The room doesn't look anything as shown on their website. 3. The bathroom is not too hygienic and the potty is located at the corner of the bathroom. So if you are a big man/woman, taking a dump can be pretty cumbersome. 4. No free breakfast for standard rooms. This hotel may not be for everyone, yet, it is good enough for budget travelers who stay for a short period of time and do not have time to search for better deals. My friends and I started looking for hotels after we reached KL. So, if you have the time to look for better hotels, you can get a room that is your money's worth easily.

Was here for a 3 day 2 night trip on 18-20th May 2017. Came with hub's best friend, best friend's parents and hub. Location of hotel was superb. Night market was across the road. Chinatown is within walking distance. If you have midnight hunger pangs, there's a 24 hour Texas just downstairs the hotel. 24 hour Convenience stores are within the hotel area. Wi-fi connection is not bad too. It's quite fast. Our room is quite cold. Which is to hub's preference. The toilet and room is a little on the small side but it's comfy. Unfortunately, didn't take any pictures. If you're here for a short stay, i highly recommend this place for its accessibility. :)

This September will be my third to stay at Geo. I like the location so much, because it is located at just 2 minutes walk from Pasar Seni Bus Station (I can get Go KL from he to explore KL in free), 5 minutes walk from Pasar Seni Station (3 minutes from KL Sentral), 10 minutes walk to Kuala Lumpur Station, 15 minutes walk to Masjid Negara Within 5 minutes walk I also can enjoy Yusoof Zakir Restaurant which is Halal restaurant with yummy taste, and just 50 meters to get some gift at Pasar Seni Market To get Geo Hotel is very easy, from KLIA2 go to KL Sentral by AirPort Coach Bus (MYR 10.5) about 1 hour or KLIA Express about 30 minutes, then from KL Sentral take train to Pasar Seni, then Pasar Seni exit. Geo is located at then of the stair

Checked in for 1 night and had several terrible encounters. First, requested an additional water bottle at around midnight but reception (a foreigner) answered the phone and was not able to fulfill to my request with a reason only 2 bottles of water per room, I explained to him that I'm feeling unwell and dehydrated but he said no and had requested me to pay for it. Not being able to provide me with an extra bottle had caused me to be unwell throughout the night and the next day. The next morning, the washroom door was shut and was unable to open, I immediately called the housekeeping but no answer thus I called the reception and explained that the washroom door is shut and can't be open. I also informed her that I am in a rush to head to work this morning. After a few minutes, the maintenance personnel came and brought me a roll of tissue papers instead of fixing the door. So, I explained to him that I don't need toilet rolls but I need help from you to open the washroom door. I called the reception again and explained to her the urgency as it has been 20 minutes , also suggested for her to provide me another with another room so that I can use the washroom and she said that there is no extra room available without checking, despite me reiterate that I'm in a rush to head to work and that a room that I can use the washroom then I will be checking out immediately. After awhile, the maintenance man has kindly informed me that I can use the next room's washroom, whilst the front office personnel said there is no room available as it's fully booked. Well, providing me with a room for me to use the washroom should have been thought off at the beginning and not waste my time going back and forth. Upon checked out, I have requested to speak to the manager so that I can give my feedback but the front office personnel said that the manager has not come in yet. I explained to her what has happened and my disappointments but she was giving me reasons with a terrible unfriendly attitude. With the inconvenience caused and bad customer service that was caused to me. I have requested that I will not pay for the extra parking. Also, the parking is terrible with limited space.

I only stay one night during my travel in Kuala Lumpur, this hotel location is really good, in the central of city, you can explore many things, if you love the china town and love to pedestarian market, you can stay in hotel, if you are muslim, its quite easy to find halal food. you can eat briyani rice or other indian food, and also its really near with Pasar Seni Central Market if you want to buy souvenirs example chocolate or any kind souvenirs about malaysia here with competitive price. if you do like buy skincare from watson or guardian, it's also easy to find this store. you can explore central market in noon and enjoy pedestarian in china town in night. and also about this hotel, the room is not to small but steady also clean and you will get extra breakfast in the morning with indian taste or local taste.
