request iron board 2kali... But no body take action.. Before everything OK.. Good cleanliness.. Lokasi yang sgt menarik dan byk kemudahan.. But now our room very dirty, bedsheet stain and left rubbish at a drawer......

One of my regular hotel in KL. Not a luxury or grand or best hotel but location is convenient. Stayed here numerous times but recent experience is bad. Asking for extra towel from frontdesk. Housekeeping staff deliver to the room. Upon opening the door, seeing a very unfriendly and black face, as if owe him money. Thought he will just give the towel and leave but not. Instead he attempt to storm into the room, this is very rude. Asking why he want to enter my room...he said want to check. Block him from entering and questioning him what to check. If wants to account for number of towels in the room, can just note down this additional towel. If check out, find it missing, just deduct from the deposit that given upon check in, why need to rudely storm into the guest room. He then note down and left. First time experience so rude housekeeping staff.

Excellent position near a metro station. Reasonable size rooms,a window with a view, good bathroom facilities, free drinks etc. A great price around £20 per night,I've stayed in lots of hotels in Kl,and this will now become my regular haunt, starting again from next month.

Stayed 2 nights here on my last leg of a near 7-week 4-country travel adventure. When you exit Pasar Seni LRT station, go down a flight of stairs or take the lift to street level. Walk straight out onto decking and 20 steps or so along a covered pedestrian walk-way to your right is the back-entrance of the hotel. Follow it through like a maze and you will see the lobby and reception. Otherwise follow the walk-way round veering right and you will see the main entrance. Location is wonderful - Chinatown and Little India virtually few minutes walk away. Central Market is worth a visit for souvenirs. Check out the boutique batik bag/purse stall with the modest Chinese lady at her sewing machine on the ground floor. There's also a tailoring shop on the second floor (Perfect Impressions?) that does alterations for a reasonable price (if you are vertically challenged like me). Room was showing its age but house-keeping was better than the more expensive hotels I've stayed at. Excellent attention to detail. Every lacking item was replaced. Reception was on-the-ball and efficient. There's a staff member who may offer foreign currency exchange if the money-changer is not there. Don't trust what he says or shows you. Go to KLCC Station - upon exiting, up escalators first floor, not far from the toilets is a money exchange with displayed rates. I got 3.145 per AUD dollar instead of 3.05 which dodgy guy tried to offer me. Around the area of the hotel, another place was offering 2.80 that day. My room on the 6th floor was quite noisy at night with traffic, especially the impatient tooting of drivers below. But I suppose it is KL after all and it could just be the placement of the room. If you are killing time waiting for a late night flight and require certain grooming maintenance, small hairdresser/beauty salon in the same building does it well and reasonably.

For the price, this economy no frills hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location - in Kuala Lumpur’s city centre just a few minutes walk few minutes walk to the Central Market, China Town, Hop On/Off bus tour and many other conveniences such as restaurants, 7-11 and pharmacy. Value - for what the hotel is, we felt it had good value for the price per night. Wifi - hotel offers complimentary wifi and worked pretty well, not perfect, but still good. We were able to access and post to social media as well as run Netflix. Comfort - had all basics we needed, a very comfortable bed (not firm - yay!), hot separate shower, our room was a suite with jacuzzi tub (highly recommend), 2 towels, 1 facecloth and 1 hand towel, really good and cold air conditioning, closet, in room safe, 2 large tvs, couch, coffee table, small fridge, and in room complimentary water/tea/coffee. Nothing fancy but good just the same. Cleanliness - we felt the hotel lobby, our room and bed in general were quite clean, although the toilet in the washroom could have used a little more attention (deep clean with product). Food - the hotel has a restaurant in the lobby but we did not try it. Some hotel packages include complimentary breakfast here. We’d stay here again for sure and would recommend to a friend. The hotel is comfortable enough for an extended stay.

We made the right choice of choosing Geo Hotel, nice and affordable. The room is clean and elevator is functional but the housekeeping to clean up the room in the morning is nowhere. The restaurant is small with few choices but there are many food and restaurants around aside from a walking distance to Central Market and Chinatown. One can really enjoy this hotel with buses to the city and even free bus-purple line, so with the hop on hop off.

i have stay here for three times, almost everytime when i go to kualalumpur i will choose this hotel. Very strategic location, near central market (pasar seni), near kasturi walk, near china town, near lrt pasar seni, and near food stall hotel is clean, big bedroom, also nice staff. will be here again

The room is clean and also the bathroom. This hotel is in a strategic location. Near China town. You can walk around Petaling Night Market because have so many stalls that sell shirts, bags, etc. Should try here.

My 3rd time staying in this hotel since 2011 and found it is continuously on the downhill as far as room facilities (except security as the lift is stilled controlled by room access card, which is very good) is concerned. Obviously the management did not invest enough in the upgrading in not at least up-keeping of its rooms. What were the plus points when it was newly open are now the negative points. Despite of it excellent location being very close to public transport - esp with the opening of MRT line opposite hotel, the hotel is likely to lose its appeal to customers who have tried several others nearby. In face, a newer hotel has just been built across the street which I should have tried out this trip. Generally I feel that the management should at least replace towels and bed sheets that are beginning to show signs of wear and tear due to repeated washing, as no matter how clean these cloth materials are after washing, the look and feel of being worn-off cannot be hidden. Compare with newer hotels nearby, which charge similar if not cheaper rates, Geo Is now not really offering value for money rated rooms. There will be a time when good location alone will not be enough to attract customers, myself included.

This is 3 star hotel heart of Chinatown.cheap and also secure.when use room key in elevator going to directly your room floor.even you want another floor not permitted.room card knows which floor you stay.you don’t need push for number of floor.everything is near metro, bus station 100 meter distance.when go out of hotel immediately Texas chicken.rooms. Where I stay have windows.many hotel this price no windows.internet good enough, shower is powerful.for 3 star standard I can give 10 of 9 because pice and earnings is good.central air conditioning also good point because many 3 star hotel not have.only not have safe box in room.bed is big room around 20 meter.location is super .kl central only 1 station distance.room old but clean.
