Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, located close to LRT. Eight Ringgit taxi ride from the Patronas Towers. Has tour desk.

Friendly staff..comfortable room. A real value for your money...I will stay again in this hotel when I visit Kuala Lumpur

Staff was excellent. Too many bugs in the room (roaches). Window needed to be insulated better.

Good beds, nice and friends staff, good AC. Not very clean but ok. You get a lot for the price!

To start with, they gave a big hassel - didn't find reservation. Took more than two hours to find the reservation and gave a room below average. Below average amenities. [...]

For the price offered is a good deal. Not very good area.

I feel trouble about travel by taxi. You not to chage drap when clear room.

The hotel is located in the older part of Kuala Lumpur, great for walking around and getting into the local atmosphere. It was nearby a nice neighborhood, with two eateries that opened up to the sidewalk, both were open 24 hours or seemed like it, this was during the World Cup Semi Finals. Taxis could be caught at the lobby or a block away for the local rate. I could go on forever, but there was one thing that really bugged me, it was in the hotel overview, the last sentence stated "Breakfast included." I took this to mean that breakfast was included in all rooms, just like the hair dryer and TV. But unfortunately it was not, I found out at check-in. Feeling a bit taken, the stay did not start out very well, but KL and Malaysia more than made up for it. I would stay here again and definitely recommend to my friends.

It was a very lavish hotel with all the needed aminities. I will stay again on my next trip

[...]. In My experience this is a 4***** (Asterisk) facility for the following reasons.1. Non working Toilets. Overflowing Toilets.2. Roof Leaks. Not empowered to solve any problem, but apologize and say Sorry.[...] the hotel advertises internet availability.. There is a permanently posted apology on the front desk, as well as in the elevator and in the rooms that internet is not available. 8. Area not suitable for families as it appears to be in a blue light district. On the positive note, we had to go to the front desk enough times, and went out of our way not to get rude or obnoxious with the staff, so we can try and sweet talk our way into solving the problems. A Front desk Manager named "[...]" was willing to listen, and assist. HOwever night managers were extremely rude. They recycle their plastic key cards, as i think most hotels do, however one of their old and beatup key card did break in the lock at 11pm. So we went to the front desk for a replacement, where we had to wait 20 mintes to talk to a Manager, He insisted that since we broke the Key card, had to pay a replacement charge of RM10 before he would give us a replacement card. An ugly scene at the front desk in front of other guests, embarassing moment.. but he said he didnt care, just doing his job and following company rules.[...]
