This is the third time I've stayed here. The location is great as is the price, but every time, things like the bathroom door handle have been broken.

Stayed in the junior suite. It had a nice jacuzzi and king bed. Enjoyable and clean room! My only peeve was the WIFI login system (ID/password) which was via printed coupons (free) that only lasted 2 hours each.

Awful rooms, awful location awful description of rooms on the website. It is next to the elevated rail network, incredibly noisy, and no safes are working, if you book a junior suite, it is the same as the rest of the rooms.... Garbage. Mould everywhere, wallpaper peeling off walls, rats, cockroaches, everything you would never want in a hotel room.

Overall, the room and hotel were nice with a couple of modern touches to make it feel a little more upscale. My only real complaint is that the bed is very low so it's kind of a pain to get in and out of if you're not used to that and there's nothing at a good height for me to sit on to put my socks or shoes on. But still, it was nice for the few nights I was in town and if I had to make a trip of a similar length again I'd probably go back.
