Booked premier with jacuzzi but room was not ready at 8.00pm due to water problem (but the actual fact is room hasn't been made) waited from 8.00pm for almost 1 hour. Eventually one of the manager offer another premier room for us to wait committed next day late check out at 8.30pm. Got into our room at almost 9.30pm at last. Next day we were denied late check out at 8pm even it was promised during check in. They even raised voice and even argue on no promise being made for the late check out. I couldn't be bothered with this cheap hotel, checked out and leave happily with the intention of not gonna come back! Kudos to the management team!
budget hotel which is near the star shuttle bus stop clean and ambient rooms but toilet fixtures where lecking and also very difficult to charge mobile phones.train sound was not an irritant at all over all a cheap and clean hotel in heart of kl
(+) Great location -- walking distance from Masjid Jamek station and other tourist spots (chinatown, merdeka square among others) (-) Noisy -- as the hotel is situated along the train line and is near the intersection, you can hear bustling sounds and loud honking horns day til night (-) Untidy -- bed sheets and blankets have stains and unpleasant smell. Also, there is a small cabinet where you are supposed to place your clothes but you absolutely can't because there are still some smelly clothes (maybe from the previous customer). What a horrific smell when we opened the cabinet door!!! (-) Technical Issues -- ACU keeps on shutting off after cooling the room for 2 minutes. WIFI connection is slow.
This hotel is at distance of 500mts from metro station which offers convenience to move around KL. Staffs are helpful and are available 24 x7, however rooms are of small size and facilities are minimum. Overall, good for backpackers.
I booked this hotel through booking.com because I wanted to give myself a break from staying in hostels sharing room with other guests. The receptionists were fine, the room facilities were average for the price but the noise coming from the passing trains all day and night did not give me the rest I needed. Take note, the hotel faces a metro railway and they only stop passing by close to midnight. The electric outlets in my room are broken too, and it seems they are not ready for travelers from other country who are bringing gadgets needing adapters. I will not recommend this place for shallow sleepers. I would like to give this hotel a rating of 2 but the hotel staff were helpful in answering questions on food shops, fixing the outlet, etc. so I upgraded to 3.
Well, i have to put in big letter. A NIGHTMARE HOTEL i hv ever been. Everything wasn't right. (What an experience, came visit KL for the first time end up at this hotel): #lift broken. #electric shocket broken, only 1 can be used, for table lamp. #window broken. #shower broken and make noise all night long. Already asked workmen to fix. Came twice but still not fixed. What the hell!!! #room, so dusty. The dirtiest hotel i hv ever been. #area of hotel not safe for family hotel, luckily i am MALE solo, and looks like soldier 😀. #too near to railway. Noise all night long. #wifi on and off. This is the worst hotel i hv ever booked thru AGODA. Will never come back to this hotel again. I don't know why this hotel put as 3 star hotel??? Management of this hotel have to do something about it. Hello all my 25,000 reader. Pls note. this hotel is not safe for family with kids. 1star hotel even much better service. Check the pics (upset mode hahahaha) Happy vacation all !!!
What i love : Great location near PUDU central, Go KL halte, money changer surrounded. i stayed in dormitory room (female dorm) they provide water in the coridor, no breakfast. Lift provided Note : i hope the management concern about cleanliness
Check in time was 2pm, and I was arriving at 2.30pm yet the room has not yet been cleaned. And on the next day my room was cleaned despite I wasn't putting any "Clean my room" sign. Lack of privacy....
I stayed with a group of 16 (Only men). Our main concern was low budget. We just wanted a place to sleep and keep our bags. During the day time we were travelling. For that purpose this place was ideal. Rooms were very small, but it was OK for us. Shared bathrooms had hot water, and room service was there. Sometimes the elevator didn't work (even jammed once). But it was ok for our purpose. The most importance advantage is that this place is close to many attractions of KL. There's a closeby LRT station too.
Front office, real unfriendly, even rude. The room is moldy, terrible leakage from the bathroom. washroom with broken handle and didn't close properly, leaving quite a gap. Most important, the room smelled bad. had to open the window to air out the pungent smell.
