Of course, the apartment also has its own parking space in the courtyard, as well as a garden shed with bicycle storage. *Please note that the apartment does not have a balcony. There is the option of sitting on a small patio in the courtyard directly adjacent to the parking space. However, this is located in the building's communal courtyard and not directly adjacent to the apartment (approx. 50 meters away, accessible via the stairs/courtyard)!*
