The 121m² bungalow was built in 2016 in solid construction and offers enough space for the whole family including the dog. The bungalow is located on a 681 m² plot with a beautiful fenced garden. You can enjoy lovely hours outdoors on the covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a Weber grill. The floor plan offers you a very bright and spacious entrance area from which you can reach all rooms on the ground floor. The large living and dining area invites you to linger in front of the fireplace. The modern and fully equipped kitchen including a steamer offers enough space for cooking together. A washing machine and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron are available in the utility room. The entire bungalow is newly furnished to a high standard and has 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed, 1 further bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00, 1 modern shower room and 1 guest toilet. All rooms are equipped with electric blinds and underfloor heating. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other rooms are tiled. WiFi can be used free of charge. There is also a storage facility for bicycles.
