Tolle zentrale Lage mit Top Aussicht

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Einige kleine Mängel ergeben sich beim genaueren Hinsehen,z.B. Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer: Türen lassen sich nicht gut öffnen, Badezimmerschrank wackelt, Stuhl am Eßtisch wackelt. Alles kleine Dinge, die aber beim täglichen Gebrauch ein bißchen ärgern.

Komfort sieht anders aus

Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung mussten wir einen penetranten Geruch feststellen. Wir vemuten, dass entweder die Vormieter Raucher waren oder der Geruch durch Küchendünste hervorgerufen wurde...denn es war keine Dunstabzugshaube vorhanden! (bei einer offenen Küche zum Wohnraum !) Meine Frau hattte danach längere Zeit Kopfschmerzen. Ein positiver Aspekt war die Lüftung im Wohnraum mit Fliegengitterfenster. Ich liste nun einfach weitere Mängel auf: Kein Kaffefilter-zumindest für den 1-2. Tag Kein Wlan Empfang bis Montag Kein Behälter für Kaffee Dusche / WC.. kein Abfallbehälter, fehlende Ablage in der Dusche Schrankraum im Schlafzimmer unzureichend Lichtschalter ca. 3 Stck -ohne Funktion FB des Fernsehers war beschädigt und notdürftig verklebt. Kleiderbügel-Anzahl..ungenügend Einweisung auf die Schnelle...fehlende Info`s >z.B. Abfall wie /wo entsorgen? Ein Infoblatt (Wohnung) wäre hilfreich gewesen! Haustüren waren permanent offen oder nach Zuschlagen wieder von aussen zu öffnen! Positiv..die Lage zum Kutterhafen war gut ! Diese Wohnung als komfortabel anzugeben ist wohl nicht akzeptabel!

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr schön, am historischen Hafen gelegen. Aus unserer Wohnung hatten wir einen direkten Blick auf die Fischkutter. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es gab zwei Schlüssel, um auch getrennt unterwegs zu sein. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich würde hier immer wieder buchen.

Großes, schön eingerichtetes Appartement mit perfekter Aussicht

Hallo, wir waren begeistert. Zentrale Lage, Blick direkt auf den Hafen (der nur 1-2 Minuten entfernt ist). Das Appartement ist groß, komfortabel und nett eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Dazu gab es Parkmöglichkeiten für Auto und Fahrrad.
