We booked a room through a travel agency for business and was not alerted to the fact that the office was a 15 minute walk from the apartment. When we finally got into the apartment, it was so small and barely furnished that there wasn't room for anything. They did switch us to the Industrial at our request. The studio apartment was quite roomy, but the furnishing was just functional, quite stark with not much frill. Kitchen utensils were not clean, with no way of washing and drying the dishes until we requested the extra items. No water or coffee provided. Cleanliness of bathroom and kitchen area could be better. Definitely shows that it's owned by a company and not individuals.
We stayed for two nights. Our apartment was small but very central (about 10 minute walk from the main square). It was also very clean. It was exactly what we needed and would have been fine for a longer stay.
We got there earlier that our check in time and we were able to leave our stuff at the reception and collect them a few hours later once we checked in. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We got a flat that was not in the address described (which is the office address) but got one about 150 meters away, excellent location and more quiet than the main square which was even better. The building did not have lift so if you have mobility issues keep this in mind. The place itself was very clean and neat and for a good price. I am coming back to them when returning to Krakow.
After looking for an apartment for months before our trip this company was a real find. We were 2 adults and 1 child age 14 but we had a limited budget and many of the places we looked at were modern hotels and we wanted something more in keeping with the area. Also lots of places advertised 2 beds and 1 bed settee which again we didnt want as the bedsettee can be uncomfortable for a week. So we found apartmentsapart and booked a self catering apartment in dietla street (10 mins walk to main square). We were amazed at the size of the apartment we actually had 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Layout downstairs open plan kitchen (washing machine microwave hob no cooker kettle toaster fridge small freezer plenty of crockery and cutlery) dining room and lounge. Large double bedroom and bathroom with large powerful shower. Upstairs double bed on mezzanine and 2 single beds in bedroom. Beds were comfortable and towels provided. Note that apartments not cleaned during stay and no fresh towels or bedding but we were informed we could ask for fresh if required. Free wifi in the apartment which had really good connection which i find is unusual in many places i have stayed so this was a thumbs up from my son. Also the apartments are very warm so as it was october this was great. The only negative comment is could use a mirror in the bedrooms. Moving on to the staff. I emailed before the trip and the staff arranged transport from the airport to the appartment at a very good price and the taxi driver stayed with us until a staff member turned up with our keys. This was much appreciated as it was 10pm when we arrived. Staff also helped us while we were there with arranging taxis back to the airport and also let us store our luggage on departure day until it was time to leave. Overall if you are looking for 5 star this is not for you but if like us you want great value for money, clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff then give these guys a call because i will certainly be using them again on my return visit next year. Thank you to you all for making our trip the success it was.
I'm writing this review whilst sat inside Royal apartment in Kraków on Jozefa Dietla 75. I love visiting this city and if you're looking for a great apartment complex with great modern services on your doorstep then there's nowhere else better than ApartmentsApart Kraków. Accommodation is clean, the access to and from apartments are by stairs and elevator. Whenever I come back to Kraków, I'll be sure to book again!
I booked an apartment in Kraków for a short stay with my parents. The office staff was friendly, organized and very helpful. The apartment was exactly as advertised in the pictures. THIS is how vacation rentals should work! I will book with them for all my lodging needs!
Excellent location, amenities were 5 star and instructions were clear on use of the wifi, appliances etc. We arrived little later for checkin but were able to get the passcode and keys. Check out was easy and I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a really nice, downtown location at good price.
Had a lovely stay in these apartment, literally has everything you could want, washing machine, iron, mop, toaster, hairdryer, microwave. It is such a good location too, walking distance to most attractions. Only problem is we were unable to get internet access and were not provided much assistance when we raised this as an issue.
we are a family of four ( 2 adults + 2 teenagers) and were very happy in this apartment in Dietla Street. it was quite complete, well equipped and all in all very comfortable. Not far from old center (15 - 20 min walking). Very near from Cracow Castle. Additionally you can easely find not so far from the apartment, supermarkets (Carrefour) that are open until late. so it's easy to buy food for breakfast or whatever. Finally I would suggest if you are in the área, not to miss the Podwawelem restaurant in the way to the Castle for lunch or dinner. very good atmosphere and good prices. it's really worth
located just outside the old city, north of Jewish quarter it is easy to visit all points of interest by walk. The apartment is newly renovated with everything, even a washmachine you need for a family of 4 to stay. the only drawback is the rooms are facing the main road with heavy traffic, and very noisy if window is open. we stay here just during the high summer, max temperature is over 30, without air conditioning and closed window, the night is little bit hot.
