Unfriendly staff, gym location, equipment and cleanliness was lacking, too cold, coffee was terrible, no snacks other than an apple

Five star facilities at four star pricing! Worth the short bus ride from the main tourist district. One block from Millenium City transit hub without the noise and traffic.

very very good hotel. it is very new hotel. If i go HK again i will be there want agiag stay

Location is not desirable but hotel is nice. View from hotel is also nice. Staff is excellent.

We stayed here for 5 days. Good value for the price and close to MTR only 15 minutes from the central Hong Kong. Would stay here again

I love this hotel.. it is closed to everything. The hotel is new and stylish. Mins to subway. Shopping malls and a tons of restaurants near by. Would come back again.

Looks great, feels great. Room was very comfy. Location is suspect as you need to get there with your "eyes closed", neighbourhood has a backroom feel.

Rooms were larger than what I usually receive in Hong Kong, rather than 2 single beds they were closer to twins/very small doubles. The beds themselves were quite hard - but typical for Asia. An iPad is included in each room for use, though mine had... lets say 'inappropriate' podcasts from the previous owner still loaded on and made me not want to touch the iPad in fear it may not have been cleaned properly between uses. The iPad charging dock was also broken - 2 calls to the front desk got a "we may replace it today if we can find another" - it never did get replaced. Great showerhead, one of the "rain" ones mounted from the ceiling. The bathroom does not contain sound well so consider staying elsewhere if you are staying with a colleague or someone you don't know well. Very out of the way location, it is right by Millennium City. The walk to the MTR is only about 6 minutes but involves climbing down stairs into an underpass, and back up again on the other side of the road. A bit more work than is usually required, not a big deal unless you have mobility issues. It takes about 25 minutes on the subway to get to TST and about 30 to Central. If you are in town for a few days just sightseeing, I recommend a hotel closer to the centre. Very nice pool on the top floor, but it is located smack beside check in with huge glass walls. I'd be a little self conscious using it, I would classify it as definitely more for show than use. For other frugal travellers, the airport bus for $39HKD picks up just a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel. Turn left exiting the hotel, cross under Millennium City, and turn right. Takes about 1hr to airport, but the taxi to the hotel inbound took about 45 minutes and $275HKD. I'd take the bus again since getting to the Airport Express train is way more hassle from this far location than it is worth. Didn't notice a McDonalds nearby or any 'western' food - if you aren't going a distance for dinner, you'll have to settle for the hotel's restaurant.

Staff were friendly & helpful, especially the concierge & shuttle bus drivers. Very well run hotel

Wi-fi free, iPAD in room, free drinks, new and clean, elegant, substantial breakfast, shuttle bus from/to Kwoloon or Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations, very near to MTR Ngau Tau Kok station, very good !
