Location is very convenience, two long blocks from Whampoa station. Ton of good foods in the area.

convenient location. modern and clean outer appearance in lobby and hallways, but rooms are cramped and dated with neglected maintenance and repairs.

Always a pleasure to stay in this hotel ! Close to everything! Convenient subway and a lot of restaurants to choose.

very small room, uncomfortable beds, poor customer service

Excellent service on everything from food recommendations to arranging a taxi for you. Very clean room. Reasonable prices/deals, I think, because they are in a less touristy area of Hong Kong. An easy 5 minute walk from the Whampoa MTR (subway) station.

Very professional staff, friendly hotel workers. reasonable price for the location and hotel condition.

The place was convenient since I could just take one bus E23 to right in front of the hotel and from the airport and back and only 18$ per way. If you have the heavy suit case, it is a place to go. There are many place to eat even late at night and cheap. around the hotel is bit messy, but lively. The room is OK, clean and has bit of space for your suit case and they give you water, juice, fruits and has the fridge. They also have the lounge you can relax which was very nice to use after check out till the bus to the airport. It is a good place for the money if you are staying for few nights. The only thing was that the elevator was so small and has only one that I could use for the higher floor so was so slow or always full.

I stay in this hotel twice a year for the last 4 years, as I mentioned on last review it's getting more convenient with the new subway open last year. All varieties of food within walking distance.

Staying for the last 4 years, very convenient to everything and near a lot of good restaurants. Even better is when the subway service opened last year.

Hotel is new with pleasing design. It is located in an old residential area with a lot of local food joints, relatively convenient transportation. Hotel shuttle bus is a bit disappointing with just a single mini bus running at hourly interval. Rooms are small, but it is typical of HK hotels. Most customers are young tourists from China. Overall, a good experience.

Nice quaint boutique hotel. For some reason the hotel felt dark maybe because it was small. Handy phone is a great concept. We looked at the breakfast buffet and decided that it wasn't worth the price. I would stay here again if I just needed a place to sleep overnight but not for an extended period.

The hotel rooms are on the small side, but great if you are looking to save a few dollars over other 4 star hotels. You'll get 2 bottles of water free each day, and a mobile phone in the room that offers free local and international calling to many countries like China, USA. It is 3g speed but good enough for looking up maps, and I was able to tether my own phone to this, so most of my appstht us data still works on my own phone. Towels were clean and they didn't skimp on soap and shower gel like many US hotels, who would not replenish supplies if you had some left. Service was quite good. When we requested them to combine 2single beds at check-in, they literally did in before we got into the room. When I forgot my portable charger in the hotel safe, the left a note at the concierge, so when I came back to pick up my luggage (left luggage since my flight is in the evening) they got the cleaning people to come and return it to me. It's location is also convenient, within a few minutes walk to subway. And not far from bus E23 that goes to the airport for only $18hongkong dollar. There are lots of eateries around. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

room is clean, the size of the room is small, the air condition is noisy at night.

I love this hotel and this is my second year stay there, it is close to a lot of good restaurants. This year even more convenient with the new subway station open for service. The hotel staff Mei Wong are very helpful, she try her best to make the room available for us to check in early .Thank you very much and see you next year!!!

This hotel is located in the older part of Hong Kong, so be prepared to take the metro (8 min walk to Hung Hom station) or uber/taxi everywhere you need to go. The hotel as a whole is very modern and sleek, so much that it seems out of place for the area. The kind hotel staff upgraded our room and we arrived to a complimentary bottle of wine, fruits, and mini-bar just for being an Expedia/Orbitz VIP. I will say the wine was probably not stored properly because it tasted quite rancid for a 2015 Chilean wine, though we super appreciated the gesture. I wouldn't dock off points for that but what I will say is the room smelled VERY musty. I didn't call the hotel desk to do anything about it because we have visited higher-tier hotels in China and had the same musty/mildewy smell, so I think it has to do more with the rooms not having enough ventilation/having a lower standard for air quality. I think if you're looking to save money, this is a great pick without sacrificing cleanliness or service. Three nights here cost about the same as one night in the Hong Kong prime area and their complimentary shuttle to main transport hubs is a nice offering.
