Everyone was extremely friendly and helped make our vacation as relaxing as possible. The hotel has a list of events to participate in everyday as well as help to transport to other parts of the island. This was the best experience I've ever had at a resort. I would highly recommend it.
LOVED our private pool with views of the ocean! That felt so special! It was great to have a small private area to view the ocean and have a drink, even when it rained! This hotel is a great value and we would definitely go back. We rented motorbikes from the hotel and toured around the island at our own pace which was just fantastic! Minibar selections were also very reasonable! Our only small complaint would be the euro pop techno beats playing all day, even at breakfast at 7:00am. Kind of felt like a European beach party at the main pool. Cool spot though if you are into that kind of vibe (though still amazing and escapable if you upgrade to private pool if that's not your scene). The room could've benefited from a second chair when it was pouring rain and we ordered room service then realized we had no where to sit but the bed!
