Breakfast bar was poor Beds were very comfortable Easy access Value / per coast- very good

The hotel is the perfect hotel to leave your luggage and crash in later. The hotel offers little of comfort and amenities. The breakfast is completely dismissible. However, the location is excellent and most of the restaurants and shopping are walking distance. Also, quick and easy access to I-75

Room wasn't all too bad, but was a little dirty. Stained couch cushions, stained comforter, chair had gross smudges on them. Breakfast was awful. Fake eggs, fake coffee. BUT! It was cheap and for the money, it decent overall

Great for someone just passing through... clean comfortable.... can't beat the price for what you get.

Very nice room and best price in our whole trip. Roadway Inn used to be a Comfort Inn and has the same emenities except for a much lower price.

I booked this hotel thinking I was booking at the Comfort Inn. I was very disappointed with the hotel.

Just want was needed on our way home. The front desk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was quite filling wonderful coffee. I would stay again. I've stayed in Rodeway before and enjoyed my stay.

This hotel met my expectations. It had everything I needed but it was definitely a little long in the tooth. The carpeting in the halls and in my room (1st floor) were dirty/old. As well as all the fixtures in the room (beds, sinks, bathroom)... but it served its purpose for a quick one night stay. You can tell at one time it was a nice hotel, as my room and closet were both fairly large. There's also a pool and (better than expected) lounge/breakfast area in the entrance area of the hotel. The only issues I had were noisy/drunk neighbors that kept me up late as they couldn't figure out how to get into their room and a somewhat sketchy check-in process (a drunk woman in a bikini was hitting on the hotel clerk). Overall I would recommend this place for a quick one night stay.

Nice trip! Everything was good and quiet. Check in and out was good!

They should put hair conditioner in room. I had two shampoos

I stayed for a couple of days while I was moving to the area. The room was a little cold (it was February) but no as bad as some places I have stayed at. It was a little dirty but no terrible.

Very disappointed, the room smells like dump, holes on the wall. Dark and dirty hallway. Breakfast food was great.

nice hotel with friendly staff. hotel room was a bit dated and could use some freshness. Breakfast was good, we did enjoy the stay.

The stay was good, they were doing a little construction outside. The staff was polite and quickly check me and other family members in fast.

Not as good as the picture. The room is damp and dirty.

We just needed a quick overnight stay after hiking all day in the mountains and before heading to nashville the next day. It was conveniently located near the interstate and had numerous restaurants within walking distance. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the food at parkview grill nearby! The hotel lobby was very clean, new looking, and inviting but this gave a false impression of the rooms which felt a bit dingy and outdated. We only needed a place to shower and rest for a night so it was fine for us. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of warm items (waffles, sausage, eggs) to muffins, toast, and cereal, along with a selection of juices. We'd only consider staying there again if it were for a night or two, but any longer and we'd consider paying more to go elsewhere.

Very nice ,however perhaps a sign at the checkin desk to remind others to be courteous when walking the halls late at night or early in am[6:30] that others are sleeping.Party people at our end of hall came to rooms late and left early in am [should have been more courteous to others still sleeping].

My husband and I had a great time. We were very pleased with Comfort Inn and plan to stay there again if we are in the area and will certainly recommend to our friends and family.

Always a good stay, any time we have been there. Reservation or walk in. We came for the weekend to visit my daughter at UT Knoxville. While the hotel isn't right next to the university, it's not too far, and it's close to shopping. The only drawback is we were there on a game weekend, so the room was about $50 more than we have paid in the past. Any other time, it's a great value.

The accommodations were a bit less than I expected. The room smelled like musty old basement, the cleaning people didn't actually clean the room (they brought in a couple fresh towels and took out the trash--that was it), the tv didn't work, and the WiFi was unbelieveably slow. The pool area was the only real plus.
