Front desk staff, excellent. Clean Hotel but due to being remodeled it had a lot of construction materials laying around and wasn't finished. Guess that's why the price was good. But ok place for price, would stay again for deal.

The hotel was doing major renovations otherwise the ratings would have been higher. The room was ok, the carpets were badly stained (hopefully that will change with the remodel). The continental breakfast was probably the best we've ever had. We will defiantly be staying here again.

The hotel room was large enough and clean but there were below average aspects. Pull out sofa bed still had sheets from previous use on it when unfolded. Room looked worn stains on sofa, dirty wall paper, phone connection to front desk was bad and the beds were horribly sagging and uncomfortable. Hotel staff was nice but didn't seem like enough around to handle. Breakfast was ok. We chose not to try the pool looked old and run down & wondered about cleanliness. Overall disappointed and glad we were only passing through for a night.

Second time staying at the hotel. Both times were well worth the money. The last stay I had two nice size rooms for the price of one.

Best Points: 1. Great Staff - Jacob went above and beyond to ensure my family's need were met. 2. Pet Friendly and no charge for dogs, inclusive with the room price. 3. Breakfast was a 5 star; they even had waffles :) 4. Very wallet-friendly too!

Staff were very courteous. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Sleep deprivation was a factor, but the room was nice and the breakfast was good. The minimal staff were noticeably less attentive then other places we have stayed, but they got the job done. We would stay here again as they offer clean pet-friendly rooms at a reasonable rate.

The check in went smooth but the attendant was not over friendly. After going to the room that we were given,I opened the door and the room was a mess with the mattress and box springs off the bed standing up against the wall. so I had to go and get another room which was not a problem. This is just your ordinary hotel, nothing special!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stayed overnight for a local youth livestock show. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good.

This was a great hotel. Close to everything. Close enough to Neyland Stadium which was our destination this trip. We could check in early as a room was ready, so we could deposit our luggage, have lunch and still make it in time for the "VOL WALK". We loved it. Bed was so comfortable we slept through breakfast!!!!!

Good value for travelers. Clean, good breakfast, pool and secure for female traveling alone. Staff was especially friendly and accommodating. WiFi was even easily accessible!

THIS HOTEL IS ONE OF THE BEST WE HAVE STAYED IN OVER THE LAST 2 VACATIONS WE TOOK 2 YRS AGO. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BED THE VIEW FROM OUR SIDE WAS THAT OF NATURE, FALL COLORS AND COWS. ALLOWED PETS AND SMOKING WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. INDOOR POOL AND FITNESS ROOM. ALSO FREE BREAKFAST OF YOUR CHOICE FROM EGGS, WAFFLES OR CERAL. VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

The front desk clerk was very accomodating considering I pulled into the hotel at 1am in the morning. As the indoor pool doesn't stay open 24 hours, she offered (and delivered) to open the pool for me for my 530am exercise routine. The breakfast was good. Overall very good stay. Would recommend this hotel.

We were traveling through on vacation. The rooms were clean and appeared recently updated. Unfortunately, the mattresses were worn and should be replaced. We felt like we were tipped into the center with two people on bed. The tv schedule had HBO listed with an HBO schedule available in room but no HBO could be found on the tv. The hot breakfast was good but, could've used some yogurt on the menu.

The room was very typical, sink was on outside of bathroom. I guess that helps speed things up. All in all above average cleanliness. Pool was ok, but no clock and hot tub seemed a bit greenish. Pretty much chaos at the breakfast bar around 8AM with inadequate staffing to clean and refill food items. Workout room has only 3 machines and there was a computer in the business center if you wantyed to have computer access. Plenty of food and gas choices in this pit stop off of I 40.
