This is one of the better ones we have stayed in. Staff was really friendly and breakfast was ok. The beds and washroom were clean. The carpet could have used a vacuum but I am not sleeping on the carpet so not a big deal. We stayed on the 4th floor facing the parking lot and the road it was noisy from the outside cars and we could here the noise in the hotel as well. My one complaint is that in our room the blinds did not close all the way the one that was over the window was a thin lace one so you can see through it. Overall this Hotel is good and way better than the one on the next exit!

We stopped for the night on the way to Nashville. The check-in staff were extremely friendly and helpful with places to eat. Very very clean lobby and rooms were comfortable and clean. We will definitely consider staying her the next time we are in the area.

Spent a few nights here for a business meeting. Hotel was nice, pretty good breakfast & staff was very friendly. One night of the 3 I had terrible internet connection. You need to drive to go to dinner but Turkey Creek Mall is very close.

We spent two nights here while visiting the Tellico Lake area. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is great, being basically across the road from Turkey Creek which is something to experience! Thanks especially to the breakfast gals for such a nice chat about what to do and where to go while we were in the area.

This hotel is just wonderful! It's so clean and the staff is so friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. They told us where was good to eat and how to get there. I even left something behind, they found it and shipped it to me with no problems. This is where I will stay from now on when I am in Knoxville, TN.

The people at Fairfield at putting in solid value into the stay. They have upgraded the appearance and added quality people to make sure your stay is very good. We arrived late and left early. Both times and for requests in between Larry was on the front desk always available and gracious at all times. Well trained. He booked our room on award points when other employees would have pointed me to the nearest computer.

The Staff was Excellent: knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were new, nice and clean. Our Party of ten all commented on the Clean Shower Stalls as being roomy and easy to get into... Our only complaint was the breakfast, it was below average, the eggs are not real eggs and nor is the sausage / bacon...! The Lobby is very nice. The pool and exercise rooms are small, but adequate for the hotel size and they are nice, new, and clean... There are numerous restaurants within a mile or two.

Very nice Fairfield with easy access to I-40. Lots of restaurants close by. Hotel very clean and beds, comforters and pillows all comfortable. They had great breakfast selections with several healthy choices. I loved their oatmeal and the varieties of healthy toppings they had to go with it. Coffee all day and the cookies they put out in the afternoon were delicious. We stayed in the King room 117 at the end of the hall close to exit door. We liked the easy access in and out of the room with parking close by. We had no noise problems. The only complaint we have is that we had this huge white tiled shower but the "save the planet" (as my husband called it) flow from the shower head hardly got us wet. Had to stand in one place the whole time to rinse off. Both of us tried to change the flow but couldn't.

Had a one night stay on our way back to Canada. We are both from the hotel industry and know how guests should be treated. Fairfield is our favourite, great staff, rooms and an excellent breakfast. Our check in was flawless, and checkout by a great guy (sorry can't remember the young mans name) but it was on Oct 22 early am. Have been members for many years and continue our loyalty.

Nice location. 20 mintures from Downtown Knoxville. 45 mintures from the Smokey Mountains National park. 5 mintures from Turkey Creek which is a major shopping area and restraunt area. This is the place to eat orhave a drink. Clean rooms. Swimming pool and execise room. Nice breakfast which is included. Friendly staff.
