This hotel seemed very new. The hallways were not long identical corridors but had some variety which made them less confusing. The breakfast area was large enough to handle the morning crowd. The staff were all very welcoming.

I was recently on a business trip and stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Knoxville West. My room was very clean and comfortable with a walk-in shower that was very spacious. The staff was friendly and very accommodating both during the morning and evening hours. I enjoyed a nice breakfast every morning and received a special treat bag with water, breakfast bar and fruit during my morning check out.

If you’ve stayed at a bunch of Fairfield Inns, you know the template: three floors, same layout, same decor, even the same pool. This hotel must be new or newly renovated because it completely breaks that mold. It feels very fresh and modern. The rooms are spacious, with a separate sitting area and a desk convenient for working. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast is the normal one - so cereals, breads, a few hot entree options, and a make-your-own waffle maker. And there are fresh cookies every evening. If this hotel is convenient to the area you’ll be visiting, I recommend it highly!

What a pleasant surprise! We were in town for a concert at Cotton Eyed Joe and they had a link to this hotel. We booked it and were very happy. The place is very clean. The staff was great. The room was immaculate and the shower was awesome! Lots of room and the shower head was high enough for my 6'5" body to fit under. Breakfast was way above average and the morning staff was very nice. It made for a great morning. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

For the most part, the hotel itself was nice. The location is in a safe neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The breakfast was one of the best that I have had at a Fairfield Inn. The kitchen staff were GREAT! The other employees were adequate, no one really stood out in the way of excellence. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. The walls apparently are very thin. We heard noise from neighbors numerous times during the night. At 1 am we were awakened by VERY loud neighbors. We actually thought someone had burst through the door and was in our room! I called front desk, they did apologize, when I continued with my complaint, he said he would be up to take care of it. We still heard noise. I'm really sorry that we didn't just leave. The next morning, I went down to apologize to the person who took my complaint, I even wrote a note to him as he was not in. The front desk personnel apologized saying sometimes we have drunk people come in when there are country music concerts. I was told that they would give the information to the manager. I am appalled that management apparently does not care enough about guest (and repeat guest) that no one has acknowledged our issues. SO......make sure there are no concerts in town if you plan to stay here!

Stayed here after concert at Cotton Eyed Joe's. They sometimes offer special rates for shows, and this was our second visit. Hotel is clean rooms are a bit small but bathroom spacious. Can hear some through walls, but quiet in general. Bed was comfy, but sheets were scratchy for being a Marriott hotel, not the higher thread count we are used to. Maybe try downy. Good breakfast also.

The staff is really what sets this place apart. The people were friendly and eager to please. The on-site free breakfast was great. The only complaint I could find is that the beds were a little uncomfortable.

This hotel is nice, clean, and well located to Turkey Creek. It's one of the more modern Fairfields with a great room layout - even 3 years later. The staff is friendly, gym equipment good (except the remotes on the eliptical don't work well - it does on the treadmill - probably something in the shape of the equipment blocking the signal). I have one beef that would cause me not to stay again. I explained to the manager - and honestly, it's not about - is there issues - it's about how you recover - and recover he did. Very nice man. I asked for the newspaper. Marriott has a new policy that newspapers aren't required. However, most realize they are catering to customers and carry both the USA Today and WSJ - or at least one. They've opted out. I like a newspaper - not my phone...and I let him know...it's literally a deal breaker....I won't stay again. Raise me $5 I don't care but give me a newspaper. I was in the lobby to get a drink - and he walks up with a USA Today. He went out and got one!!! That's class. Note to Marriott - your policy may be to have save some $$ - but businesspeople like newspapers. Every Marriott I'm at - people are reading them at breakfast. Buy cheaper tvs or computers. Don't cheap out on the things that matter. Fantastic recovery - what service is all about!!! PS - i was told you'll put pay machines for the paper in front. Note to the hotel owner - that's like twisting the knife after stabbing. That would be a huge insult. You need better strategists!!! PPS - gave cleanliness a 3. lots of hairs on the mirror, bathroom counter.

Exceeded all expectations. 2 bedroom suite is enormous and beautifully devorated. Location is excellent. Off the main street but close to restaurants and mall. My new place of choice when in Knoxville. Only negative is thin walls

This is one of the better ones we have stayed in. Staff was really friendly and breakfast was ok. The beds and washroom were clean. The carpet could have used a vacuum but I am not sleeping on the carpet so not a big deal. We stayed on the 4th floor facing the parking lot and the road it was noisy from the outside cars and we could here the noise in the hotel as well. My one complaint is that in our room the blinds did not close all the way the one that was over the window was a thin lace one so you can see through it. Overall this Hotel is good and way better than the one on the next exit!
