Room was clean, comfortable bed, full kitchen with ice in the freezer and the air was already on!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely a good place to stay while traveling.

Absolutely can't beat it for the price and location and the staff is the most friendly staff I've ever met my life.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Both times that I went into the office the staff was incredibly friendly. It was a nice change of pace. The room was larger than I expected, and the bed was comfortable.

I was very surprise how clean and neat room was. Good coffee, breakfast so, so.

This is a nice place to stay with the price they charging.. I suggest this hotel for my friends.

Nice place to stay. I have been staying every alternate week in this hotel.

Well, it didn't smell good---kind of a dirty smell. That hit me when we entered our room. There was no luggage rack. Closet door was a curtain. No reading lamp or table on one side of the bed. No dishwasher, and no liquid soap to wash the dishes by hand: and there were only 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 forks/spoons/knives, minimal cooking implements. One skillet, one pot. No paper towels. In bathroom: sub-standard soap, no shampoo, no lotion, no shower cap, and the floor smelled of urine faintly. The good things: very good bed (a plus), nice clean linens (sheets & towels both), and the night manager Tad was terrific.

Overnite stay in Knoxville, just needed a bed and shower. Did not expect/need a kitchenette. No-frills hotel: No lobby, no breakfast, and no soap/shampoo provided which I was counting on - big mistake! Room was clean, bed average, service nice. Was told by attendant to turn TV on for 10min so it could warm up! Location was good - right off the Interstate 40 next to many good restaurants/sports bars.

You can see that they attempted to spruce it up a little, but it still comes off as a dump. Perfect for fraternity parties and game days, but not for family or business travel. No breakfast, must pay for wi-fi and no hair dryer in rooms. But hey, you get what you pay for.

It was a great stay. Would stay again when goin thru there again.
