Its not a segure hotel for a lady traveling alone, it has bugs running around the room.

The room was smelley when we entered it and it had live bugs in the bathroom and dead bugs on the window ledge/air condition unit that were visible from the outside of the room---if I would have been able to find another hotel room elsewhere my family would have have left and took the lose on this hotel. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I'm pregnant so I was in the bathroom at least 10 times throughout the night and every time I killed a cockroach!!!! It was disgusting and I will never stay at another Days Inn. The phone did not work, the bed sagged, there were stains on the sheets. When I walked in to check-in the gentleman at the counter did not acknowledge me for five minutes. It was. Wry uncomfortable and awkward. I should've left at this point.

We stayed at this hotel for a week while our son competed in a competition in Knoxville. Thankfully our son was put up in another hotel, so it was just my husband and I staying here. I'm glad our days were full so we really only needed to sleep here because the hotel did not meet expectations. The building overall was in need of repair. The ceiling over the shower was literally falling in and there were several areas where the subfloor below the carpet was too. You could tell the rooms were not cleaned but instead just fresh towels and the making of the bed was done. The breakfast was disappointing too. Two small crockpots: one with pillsbury biscuits and the other with gravy. The only other breakfast option was cereal or peach yogurt. The cable went out on day two of our stay and was back up a day and a half later, but without HBO. I have stayed at Days Inn across the country and this one is definitely at the bottom quality wise...the price was decent, but there were so many hotels available in the same price range that I would take a chance on next time or cough up the $5-10 extra to stay at a chain that proves to provide consistent quality. The few interactions I had with the staff were pleasant however and Knoxville is a fun city! We spent a large amount of time at the University and it was a beautiful campus and shot up to check out Dollywood for a day which I do recommend!

My stay was short (about 2 days) Maybe it was because of the weekend or the holiday but the neighbors were so noisy and the upstairs floor was creaking horribly. Other than that the beds were comfortable, clean, n staff we're awesome. I FEEL I GOT my MONEY'S WORTH

had to ask for clean towels because the towels already in room were dirty and asked for clean pillow cases because the ones on the bed had hair all over them. other than that it was ok.

Was available in a bind. Provided basic needs. Was very close to restaurants and to hospital

The sign on the hotel was significant "We are Ope" The hotel was obviously in need of a complete update - the furnishing in the room were worn and tired. The pool was murky scary - this was on Memorial Day weekend in the south. The refrigerator door hinge was rusted out. The motel was not up to the standard of Days Inn. It had the feel of a place that was scheduled to be demolished.

Average breakfast, but perfectly adequate room for a terrific price!

Staff were friendly, clean room, just needed to spend the night while traveling

This location was clean, comfortable, but basic, a perfect place for a one or two night stay.

Really good memory to have a good quiet night sleep.

Good night sleep. Convenient Location to the freeway.

Helpful, pleasant staff. Good Value for Budget Travel. Too many tall speed bumps in the parking lot.

the price was equal to what I expected and next time I need a pace to stay for the night this will be my first choice

ROOM ADEQUATE, MOTEL RAN OUT OF FREE BREAKFAST FOOD IN ABOUT 30 MIN.

While visiting family over the holidays, I elected to stay in a motel rather than burden them. The motel was barely habitable. I guess the main problem I had was with the bathroom. The bathtub fixtures were loose, the shower head was so low, I had to duck to rinse my hair (I'm 5' 9"), and the grout was missing from a number of tiles. All in all, it was demonstrative of a lack of maintainence.

Just an overnite stay on way to Nashville. It was pricey for what you got for the room. No microwave and a musty smelling in room. Didn't help with a dog in the next room barking when a noise was made outside. Have stayed at better places for less the cost paid for this one nite stay.

SATISFACTORY

many claims on amenities and description didn't apply. no flat screen TV- satellite TV was snowy on a lot of channels- no comp USA Today- no interior corridors- wifi was poor- no adjoining rooms- uncomfortable bed
