Stayed for 2 nights - pleasant stay with no complaints. The indoor pool area was clean but the wet tiles extremely slippery. Hotel is next to many restaurants and convenience stores.

I have no complaints. It wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad either.

Great location near airport, friendly staff, good breakfast

Place was filthy, the room smelled and the comforter had cigarette burns on it.

There 2 nights. Just a place to sleep. Didn't care for the type of pillows. The fridge was noisy at night so we unplugged it while we slept. Cleaning fragrance gave wife migraine headache.

Nice pool, jacuzzi & exercise room. For reprice, would stay again in a heartbeat.

This hotel served its purpose: a place to stay before meeting some old friends the next morning. Check in was easy. We were worried about possible noise from the airport, but it was a quiet night. We didn't partake of the free breakfast, but it looked good.

Room was outdated and stinky Must have been a smoking room

Disappointed in quality of room as furnishings were cheap. Room was adequately clean.

Hotel very clean. Front desk personal very friendly and helpful. I wasn't expecting a studio type room for me and my grandson, but we were comfortable.

We only stayed over night to catch a flight the next morning but our stay was very nice. Hotel was clean and well furnished with lots of amenities. The staff was very polite and helpful.

I chose this hotel since it was close to the airport. I drove from PA to TN in a company vehicle that I handed over to a new employee. The hotel had a free shuttle to the airport, a decent breakfast, free wifi and was fairly clean. I was however in a smoking room which was fine for me, a few burn holes here and there. I wish the windows would open for some fresh air but other than that (and not being able to find an ice machine) it was fine to stay for a night. Starbucks and Ruby Tuesday was right next door within walking distance. Fine place for a few nights.

I booked 3 nights at the Country Inn. My connecting flight in Dallas was cancelled and my first call was to the hotel to inform them that I would be spending the night in Dallas. I was told that my call was past the cut-off time for a cancellation per hotel policy. I confirmed that I would be spending the next 2 nights at the Country Inn and again asked that I not be charged for the first night. Again, hotel policy ruled out and I was charged. I also have a policy. My policy is to not return to places that don't have flexible policies.

We needed a room close to airport that wasn't crazy expensive, this was great. Breakfast in the morning was good. No complaints

Had a good experience, friendly staff and a good deal on airport parking.

Good value for the area. Located next to airoprt but no aiport noise.

All was good. Very Clean and the Shuttle bus to the Airport was very helpful

Staff was great. Rooms were old but clean. great location.

The hotel is decent, seems fairly clean, and the staff were easy to work with. The television in our room was broken and you only saw part of the picture. They changed us to another room, but I believe that that TV is just waiting for the next guest. The lighting in the Bathroom is not great, but it's OK. The hotel was a little hard to find at first. I think this is partly due to some restrictions on the signs. For the money, it was a decent hotel and the breakfast was okay. We would probably look to something else, but would not be opposed to staying here again, either.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Took us about 15 minutes to get to downtown Knoxville from here.
