Overall just an okay stay, but the hotel need some renovations. You can tell it's a little run down and the room have a funny smell to them.

Went for the eclipse. Terrific hotel and staff. Good breakfast too.

Very clean hotel, wonderful staff and great location!

Highly recommend this hotel! Indoor pool, good breakfast and clean rooms. Hotel is near the highway and restaurants and shopping. Will stay here again!

Odd entrance/limited parking....you have to access thru a gas station parking lot. Average stay but bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bath tub was small and stained. AC unit and elevator were excessively noisy.

Everything was really nice. The room was very clean and cozy. The employees were amazingly awesome. Everyone i dealt with was extra friendly...

Front desk person was a great help with dinner directions. Shopping was near eating place and my wife loved the shopping options near.

It is obvious when you walk into the lobby that it is time for a remodel at this hotel. The carpet is very dirty and worn. The room had the same shabby appearance. The tub was covered in drywall plaster which indicates the amount of care given to the maintenance of this hotel.

It was great. Very clean and great staff. Grandchildren love indoor pool. Great location near restaurants and good shopping

Wonderful four day stay! Located near the interstate and a major shopping area but off the road enough that the rooms are very quiet and restful. Nice buffet breakfast with variety every day. Rooms are very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Just what I needed as I was working 12 hour shifts overnight. Next to 40 and close to 75. Turkey Creek shopping center is less than a minute away.

Ideally located for UT visits or ballgames, and plenty to do in turkey Creek area.

Had a great trip! The beds were comfortable, room was clean & breakfast was fantastic! Many thanks, I will stay at Country Inn & Suites again.

Well located just off the interstate, rooms clean, roomy and comfortable. Will use again.

The first room I was given would not cool off. I was quickly moved to another room by the ONLY staff person in the building. She had to leave the front desk unattended to assist me. She was very gracious and told me later the unit was set on "heat" instead of "cool". I was in a suite. The sofa and chairs were stained - creepy. The housekeeper left an open can of onion dip in the fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was perfect for travelers. Right off of I-40 on the West side of Knoxville. Nonetheless, I've stayed in better #cleaner# hotels in the same Knoxville area for the same rate.

We stayed one Saturday night on a visit to see our daughter, student at UT. We stay in Knoxville often, mostly in Football season. First time here & will be back. Room was clean and nicely decorated, comfortable bed. Staff friendly. Hot breakfast was fair, but several choices. Access to hotel a little strange having to come in from Comfort Suite parking lot up the hill, or cut through a gas station parking lot. nic eplace for the money.

The room was clean but the bathtub had a non removable stain. Other then this, it was clean and well maintained. The location is great- right off the interstate if traveling and the staff is super friendly. Complimentary breakfast is better than most.

My husband I just needed a place to sleep on a long cross country drive. It was nice, only complaint was they gave us two queens when we had booked a king.

My expectations were exceeded in every way. From the palatial grand entrance, to the rooms, the fixtures, the furnishings, even the shower head ( a Waterpic dinner plate size rain shower) The Kirkly is an older property. Unlike the Days Inn which takes an older property a squeezes the last ounce of revenue from it for as long as they can. Doing the minimum upgrading and repair necessary. The owner of the Kirkly keeps the place sparkling. It reminded me of the way the Mt Washington Hotel in New Hampshire is taken care of. If you are a person who spends hundreds of dollars a night on a hotel room you might consider this slumming. But, as you are checking out you will feel slightly foolish that you can spend so much more and not get more. I rated the Kirkly 5 stars in the category of modestly priced hotels for it truly does not get any better.

Very satisfied with hotel. Suite was clean & well appointed. Worked well for 2 adults & three little ones. Will stay in again.

The hot options at breakfast were below average. The wireless internet never worked very well the whole time we were there. Very slow or didn't work at all.
