I loved the room but the staff acted like two visitors was unheard of. I do not want to stay in a jail like environment

It was ok not bad if you are only looking for a place to sleep

Room was good lobby had bleach smell staff was great though

Very frustrating visit. We arrived a mere 15 minutes before check in and was told there were no rooms available. We were planning on just dropping stuff off in the room, freshening up, and heading out to the Vols game. We asked if we could be called when our room was ready, and we were told yes, but there are 7 other people ahead of you in line for rooms (again, 15 minutes until check in time). So we used the lobby bathroom (that smelled like feces) and asked to store our luggage because they were still saying there were no new rooms. They informed us that they would not keep our luggage and we would have to return everything to our cars to sit there until we came back that night. We were again told that they would call us when the room was ready. There was never a call. The room smelled musty, and clothes that were left out felt damp in the AM. The breakfast closes PROMPTLY at 9 am, and unfortunately I didn't take into account I lost an hour with time zone change, however, I would think that if a hotel was having such a busy weekend they couldn't get people checked in on time then they would possibly have the breakfast room open a few minutes late to accommodate the event goers. Instead they just talk to you like you are stupid for asking about it after they shut it down

We had several issues with this hotel: when we arrived the hotel "plumber" was hanging out at the desk and was the only one there so we had to wait several minutes for someone else to check us in; the couch in the room had rips in the fabric; the fridge in the room had several problems; the pool area didn't have towels available and the area around the pool wasn't very clean, the chairs were cracked; for breakfast the biscuits looked like they had been made a while ago (and we ate around 7:30am); the entry door area to the hotel was not clean. We usually stay at "cheaper" hotels and don't have a problem but this one was probably one of the worst we've stayed at. I hope all Days Inn hotels aren't like this one. The one good thing I can say was that the lady working at the breakfast area getting the food out and prepared was very nice and attentive and kept that area very clean.

The room with jucuzzi was amazing and Relaxing the biggest one knox co has i rented and it was great.

It was pleasant and the front desk attendant made my reservation change seamless.

The only thing that was a problem was the fan in the bathroom did not wrong.

We were very pleased with our suite, which had two beds and a sofa bed. Finding a suitable room for a family with a large number of children is difficult, as we found out elsewhere on our trip. Some cosmetic updates probably need to be made on the property, but the overall comfort, friendliness, and value were quite good.

Our bathroom was not clean when we arrived. My daugher had an accident in the bathroom so we tried to get a housekeeper to come and disinfect it after we cleaned it ourselves. We were told there are no housekeepers on staff at night so no one could do it. We didn't have hot water consistently and could not use the pool because the room the pool is in is not heated and it was freezing.

We just wanted something cheap but comfy for the kids and ourselves. We checked in at 12 am or so and had an okay breakfast wouldn't book if your going solely for the biscuits and gravy not good at all!!! But they had waffles and cereal some fruit toast but no bagels :( beverages where awesome though!!! Beds were nice pillows were wonderful. Bathroom looked awesome we didn't actually use the shower but we loved the looked of it. It's a great place to stay. Book it;)

We stayed three days. We liked the mini fridge and the microwave oven. It's good value for the money.

Well, it was the cheapest in town with a pool. We chose it because of the pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty - bandaids, trash, hair balls, and a "film" in there. So, we were disappointed with that since we wanted that to be a simple 2 hour or so activity with our kids. The room was ok, the beds were ok, there were some ants roaming around near the TV, only a few, but where there are a few, you know there are more. The location was good only that it was in walking distance to a restaurant. The staff at the front desk were fine. The breakfast staff were fine as well. But, like I mentioned first, it is only a 2 star hotel. I won't stay there or any other 2 star again. I'm not sure if that is indicative of other 2 stars, but I won't stay in one just to see. I paid 70 with taxes. I'll gladly pay another 30 or so for another star and more cleanliness next time.

The Beds were some the best I have experienced in years

WE WERE DISAPPOINTED. THE PLACE WAS HUMID. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL. THE HALLWAYS HAVE POOR LIGHTING.

swim, eat breakfast, gone most of the time, yes bacon, sausage and eggs, low beacause I usually stay in the more quality hotels,

I want to start off by saying that the hotel I stayed at (DAYS INN HOTEL) was GREAT, not the greatest place however the staff was great! When we got there they upgraded me to a suite and we weren't even expecting that, however they did what they can to make up for orbits mistake, Ohh and the waffle maker was awesome…[...]

We had to bring our son to orientation and needed a place to stay for two nights. The price was good, the location was okay, we preferred one a little closer to campus but we could not. The breakfast was good. The beds were okay. It really was just a place to stay the night.

Room and hotel were rather dirty. Pool was cold and salty.

attending orientation for UT there was no view outside my room, a brick wall outside and you could see the indoor pool and the smell of chlorine was very strong
