The hotel staff was extremely nice. However, I did not enjoy my stay for the following reasons: 1) The walls are really thin. I heard stomping from the floor above me and the people next to my room talking late into the night (Past 11 pm). 2) The mattress in our room was old. It barely had any cushion left. My husband's back hurt from sleeping on it. 3) There was no wifi during our stay. Something was wrong with their wifi and it took them 2 days to fix it. Once it was fixed, the wifi was so slow that we couldn't even use it. 4) The side door (Door facing Comfort Inn) was left open. The door doesn't close all the way unless someone pulls on it to make sure it closes. This makes me feel slightly unsafe. I think the hotel needs to fix it to ensure the safety of their guests.

Traveling in on business. All the amenities were in good condition and as one would expect.

Convenient location in SW WY for business travel. Also good choice of late night arrival microwaveable dinners at reasonable price.

And the city does not have attraction we like to do. When we got there, it was already late. The receptionist was not a friendly person. I did not feel welcome.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel!

We just completed a spring trip southward from Whistler, British Columbia, down through Washington, and Oregon. We drove from Vancouver to Whistler, and then down to Seattle, where we caught AMTRAK. We came in late to Klamath Falls by AMTRAK. If you do so, you have to spend the the night in Klamath Falls. The car rental companies are located at the airport and close at 6 PM. Holiday Inn Express (HIE) told us to call them when we were about 20 minutes out. We did so and the hotel provided a complimentary taxi that was waiting at the station for us. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. HIE then provided us a free taxi shuttle to the airport to pick up our rental car the next morning. If we go back to visit Crater Lake, we will stay at HIE in Klamath again.

very nice and clean hotels, good price. Recommend to stay.

Exactly what I expected. Clean room, nice pool, easy parking. A bit of street noise but nothing too bad. Definitely recommend.

From the San Francisco Bay Area, there are two main routes to Crater Lake - one through Ashland and Medford in the west, and Klamath Falls in the east. We decided on Klamath Falls as it was a bit closer to Crater Lake and easier to get to if we stayed overnight there. Unlike Medford, Klamath Falls appears to be much smaller town, and hotels were a bit more sparse. At the end of the day, after looking at smaller mom-and-pop hotels, we chose Holiday Inn for its reputation as a well established brand, and weren't disappointed. The hotel, although located a bit farther away from the downtown area, offered safe, clean, and modern accommodations. This meant pretty good value for the buck, with plentiful free parking and free wi-fi. The hotel staff was very friendly, and overall, we did not have any issues with room noise. The hotel is located right across the street from a Safeway, so it was easy to stock up on snacks and drinks as we needed.

Entire staff was very customer friendly. Very fast check-in. Super clean room. Would definitely recommend for stay in Klamath Falls.

After an 8-hr long drive through west cascade scenic byway, we expected a good night rest. The bed was too soft, and the box air conditioner was too noisy that frequently awoke us. We did not have a good night rest at all.

The bed too soft, box air condition too noisy, shower head broke, no full strength water. Did not get full rest at all.

very kind and warm staff. room was fine and breakfast was surprisingly good.

One of the most pleasant and comfortable motels I've ever experienced. Very soft, comfy bed, very attractive furnishings, delicious breakfast. We enjoyed touring Crater Lake on the way there and went to a play in Ashland in the evening.

The room was incredibly dirty and caused us to find anything possible to do out of the room. It was very uncomfortable. There were no seats available at the breakfast. There was loud banging of doors from early in the morning. Just not a good stay, and not a value in any way.

We have to travel to Klamath Falls a few times a year, and we wanted someplace convenient. This hotel definitely was. We also had a two bed suite, and for two business travelers that really made it nice. They found my reservation immediately (not always true when you book on line), the staff was friendly by non-intrusive. Rooms were super clean. My only negative comment was that I like to sleep with the window open and it wouldn't...

We got to the hotel, and they had things ready for us. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and the included breakfast was quite adequate. I'd stay there again.

The room was spacious and the only place we stayed on our 10 day vacation that had HD TV. It was also a very convenient location with a restaurant within a short walk.

We stayed 2 nights there. Its located on a major street with many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good (included) Its a quite and comfortable place we recommend it

My second stay was as good as my first. It's probably the nicest hotel in K-Falls. No complaints. It was quiet, comfortable and clean.
