This is an older hotel but the rooms are kept up nicely. The tile shower was a nice size. The staff were all friendly. The continental breakfast was good.

not good, bed, towels, pillows quality not good. i cannot sleep

I put the do not disturb sign outside. I came back our beds were half done. Blankets and sheets were on the floor. Room were half way done. I called the front desk explained what happened. Respond was I will talk to my manager. No apology and did not get back to me. I'm not sure if I trust the hotel staff.

The swimming pool was not clean nor the bathrooms which had mold in the showers and dirty floors. On the grounds, a sprinkler (with grate along side) was open and could cause injury is someone stepped in it. Next time we will stay at some other hotel in Klamath Falls.

the breakfast was much better than I expected. the staff was very courteous and everything was great. the hotel was very close to where we needed to be. very comfortable and I look forward to staying there again next time I come to town, which will be often.

We stayed here on our way from Woodland, CA to the Tri-Cities, WA. The hotel location is good, close to the main roads, with businesses, restaurants around. They have good breakfast, and nice staff. Good price for Days Inn.

Great rate and big room. Lots of parking. Very nice lobby and good breakfast.

I thought it was going to be an older hotel, but was surprised it was updated and clean. Pretty and comfortable lobby for breakfast.

The staff was wonderful! The room was large and comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on so I am assuming they are improving the outside of the motel. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to brag about. Overall I had a good stay.

Comfortable room. Terrific breakfast. And a wonderful little outdoor pool.

Hotel lobby was under renovation which was encouraging as the rest of the hotel and surrounding grounds sure seemed to need it too. Our room had several items that were either broken or just worn out. Example: the shower water adjustment was not secured to the wall, and thus it was hard to set a good shower temperature, the wall paper was falling off, cracked tile, poor calking repairs, drawers missing knobs etc.

It was a great experience. The hotel is located across from the fair grounds and is very convenient. the staff was extremely nice and the included breakfast was great.

I arrived to this hotel after a long drive from central California. The lady that checked me in assigned me to a room that was surrounded by heavy duty work trucks. I thought nothing of it, just hoping for a good night's rest. I took note that the room lacked a fridge and microwave as described having. The fridge was imperative for me as I was traveling with perishables but I managed with ice from the ice machine. I fell asleep and around 3am, loud noises from outside came in. Blaring engines, voices, laughter. I thought it would soon pass but the clamor was audible for almost an hour. I called the front desk to advise them and the lady said the guys get up early to work and she would check on when they would depart. After the loud hour passed, I managed to sleep a bit until 5am when a repeat of the 3am cacophony began. It was unbelievable. I had a long drive ahead and did not sleep. I decided to leave around 7/8am after not being able to fall asleep again and began packing up. When I checked out, a lady named Brenda asked me how my stay was. I gave her my honest feedback. She expressed concern and empathy; a very gracious and kind gesture. She told me she was sorry that I did not sleep and she would see that my next stay is comped since I paid this site in full the night I came in. I appreciated her customer care. On the way back, I called about arranging my stay for my drive back. I called and was transferred to the manager, "Chris" who sounded very irate and expressed her lack of concern that my stay had been poor. She had a pretentious attitude as she exclaimed to me, "I am THE manager here... and I would have been told about this.". So basically, I was utterly confused by the contrasting offer (or lack of) to make amends and then not to, for the quality of my stay. I mentioned not understanding her terse and irate tone of voice toward me; all I had done was given them my business and did not get sleep and was calling for the stay in the quiet part of the motel I had been promised. Her staff did an amazing job in trying to right a wrong and exuded empathy and professionalism the day I checked out. I was shocked that this was the manager and she was acting so unprofessionally. Additionally, I ncould not understand why she was so angry with me. I was speaking calmly and simply relaying facts from the incident and answering her questions...not trying to start an argument. Finally, I was so put off by her aggressive and defensive manner, I told her there was absolutely no reason she should be speaking to me like this. She said she would call me back about the room. I never heard from them again. I will never stay here or any chain again and will definitely avoid Klamath Falls.

This hotel was the perfect stop on our roadtrip. The room was clean, and the staff was wonderful. Very basic, but everything I was looking for.

I requested a non-smoking room, but was assigned a smoking room. The desk clerk changed the room and upgraded us to a suite which was a nice break from the cramped quarters of the car. Booker also identified this a Red Lion in the confirmation email leading to some confusion.

The room was spacious and well kept. There was even a fridge and microwave that I didn't expect. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and courteous.

Very quite , friendly staff , & the breakfast was great

The staff was very friendly. The room had a musty smell to it, like a basement in an old house.

I wasn't expecting anything special. The room was larger and nicer than I expected. The pool area could use a little cleaning and decorating. The staff was super friendly and accomidating.

We were very pleased with our visit to the Days Inn in Klamath Falls OR. The convenient airport shuttle and friendly drivers were very much appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful which made our stay more enjoyable. Special amenities, i.e. free breakfast, pool with hot tub, free internet service with printer all added to our pleasant stay. Thank you!!
