The Spotted Duck offers a beautiful, light filled Oceanside beach home in the Osprey neighborhood of Duck. This vacation home comes with amazing sound and pool views that can be seen from several decks and enormous two story windows. This spacious, modern beach house has over 3100 square feet and boasts large, open floor plan with soaring ceilings, great outdoor spaces and big, comfy furniture. The beautiful mile-long Duck Boardwalk, restaurants and shops are just a short bike ride away. Quack. Quack. Duck is where it's at!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with covered seating and an outside shower. Entry level with laundry area including a washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8 with deck access, half bathroom and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access with a hammock. Outside you'll find plenty of sitting areas for relaxing and the grill area complete with picnic table.

Top Level: Recroom with a flat-screen TV and foosball table. King Bedroom with flat- screen TV, sitting area, private deck access with sound views that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Fireplace is not for guest use.
