This property did not disappoint. The gentleman who checked me in was courteous, patient, and kind. I was able to change my room from a single King to a double bed room at the last moment without a problem. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only (minor) issue we experienced was with the AC. It felt like we had to have the fan set to “constant” and really low temp to keep the humidity out. All else was nice. The pool, gym, and kid zone are great amenities. Love that there’s a Starbucks on location too!
We stayed one night... your bar staff is great--Karin and Chris? I think (he lady from Costa Rica).. wonderful and engaging. Our grand-daughter got sick in the middle of the night, and the staff did great at bringing new sheets and towels for us. The next morning the front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely use this hotel again!
Wow where do I start: the 10 usd discount per guest for breakfast it is very disorganized, conflictive information about what they consider child guests, the lady who received the tickets for breakfast was very rude and the breakfast was bad, the bathroom had hair all over the place when we get in -disgusting, random charges to your credit card that doesn’t add up, only one person (Esteban) was actually helpful, they need more staff for the check in. The surrounding area has a problem of homeless people. In overall it was not a good experience for our family.
My family and I was at this hotel I have a 1 year old that still drink milk at night and early morning did not have a microwave in the room had to go to the first floor to use it or the hot water in the bedroom and the lady in the front told me I had a gifted that I had to pay $75 for 7 day stay at the hotel but I had to go to a meeting for two hour when I could not make it I lost out on my $75 dollar never again
I am disappointed that there was a $50 deposit which was not listed on the posting in Orbitz. I booked this place specifically because there was not one posted and I wanted to save my funds for our activities. To my surprise when I went to check in I was told it would cost $80 not $30 because of the deposit and the amenities/resort fee. Also these resort fees are completely ridiculous for people who are not using them and only coming to sleep. There should be an option to decline amenities and only have the room, I am not using the pool or gym or internet so it is silly to pay extra for something I am not using. Also my room was making an obnoxious buzzing sound all night long. I was told I would get my deposit back but she didn’t charge me separately so I’m sure I’ll never see the money. Not very happy with all the false claims and lack of transparency

Our room was clean but expect to pay extra to check in prior to 4:00pm.
The rooms were dirty, I found bugs in my bed, plus the towels were dirty and eye lashes wrapped inside them. We got changed to another room but couldn’t sleep just thinking about the bed bugs. They need to do better for the money it cost to stay there definitely not going back
Room stunk of smoke and it was a non smoking room.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Wyndham. The pool/ hot tub was relaxing after long days walking the various Disney parks. Breakfasts were a really nice way to start the day. Loved the omelettes! Drinks were pricey at the bar, so we went elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again!
