Over all bad service. The owners treat you bad . They're very unprofessional. Nothing in the room works and the beds are uncomfortable

The Room was clean and cute. the staff was nice and kind. there is no microwave or cable tv but there is TV just not cable. but all in all a nice and lovely hotel.

The hotel was clean enough for what we paid. This hotel is not in a good location. You are better off staying on International Drive..If not do not rely on the front desk to give you any information about the bus (public transportation). Buses are limited & not even the bus drivers can give out information. Not a good location. No Food nor business center. Front Desk Staff not pleasant at all. Our shuttle came for pick at 5:15AM and they would not let us wait in the lobby. My partner and I had to stand out side in the cold and darkness of the early morning. No business center neither. International Drive is the place to be

Not very clean, rooms and pool were very dirty.Housekeepers not very friendly or courteous.Do not recomend this hotel to anyone. We will never stay there again. We were not satisfied.

The hotel should be rated as one star hotel.

My stay met all my needs. The staff is eager to make sure one's needs are met.The manager is very helpful and considerate to make sure one stay is good

floor filthy, no area to hang up clothes, ice machine padlocked closed (an inconvenience), had to pay an $4 resort fee, noisy air conditioner, otherwise ok for an old motel.

If it wasn't for the helpful and extremely staff that (in my opinion) went out of their way for me, I probably wouldn't have had much positive to say. The ice machine was locked and wasn't accessible to me in the middle of the night when I needed ice and the fridge didn't work properly.

I didn't stay in much and when I did stay in it was ok. All I needed was a bed and shower and it filled that need while I wasn't out vacationing. The front desk manager was available when I arrived at 1am to check-in and at 3am to check-out. If you are expecting a lot from this place, don't bother. However, the location of the Hotel is very close to every theme park. I didn't have to use much of the gas in the car to get me places.

[...]They had workers livin there at the hotel...Tacky! Ask for stamps to mail home post cards...Nope sent me down the road...the ice maker had a pad lock on it...I was on the 2 floor...T.V. remote didn't even work...alarm clock was busted...had to use my Blackberry to set an alarm..[...].They had wifi but guess what you had to pay extra for that....[...]....I spent 2 days a Disney World..one day at sea world, and one day at universal, than a day at the ocean....That part was great...Me and my kid had a great time...Hotel not so much....I own a Party store so i know about customer service....I will never stay there again....Even check in was a problem...

We travel a lot and this is the first hotel that has no crib or pack'n'play for a baby. Room is not clean at all. They did not clean a tub even once! Four of us had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days. No shampoo, no caps, no washcloth

We were able to check in near midnight w/o the spooky "night box"; cheerful faces, very accomodating and pleasant! A cold front came in and we were supplied several extra blankets! The parking lot has a fence all the way around it, so you feel safe and your car is safe! It's right off the main road but far enough back you never hear traffic (and we were at the front of the building, as close as can be). The service is phenomenal; it is really like they care personally how you are doing, how is your stay, are you comfortable.... very accommodating and thoughtful, but never pesty! I have stayed a TON in orlando due to seasonal DISNEY passes... i will NEVER stay anywhere else!!! Perfect little Disney giftshop right across the street, located between Mc'Ds and BK, with Ponderosa and Walgreens nearby... it's the greatest stay to be had in the area!!! Financially sound decision!!

All I did was sleeping.

Absolutely horrid in every way. We checked in late after a long day at Disney (for the first time for both me and my daughter) and upon arrival found that there was no lock on the door. My wife then pointed out that the bathroom had not been swept and didn't even have a trash can. There were small "barf bags" to dispose of trash, toiletries, etc.Shortly after arrival after tucking our daughter in and man began to physically assault his wife outside of our door! We had to call the police and now I'm a witness to a violent crime and will now have to go back to central Florida in six months at my expense! Truly annoyed by the entire event. I will do my own travel booking from now on. [...]

This seems like a great deal but I have stayed in a suite just a few miles up the road at the same price with great service and great amenities. The staff was not accomadating and you have to go down stairs to get the key for the ice machine. The suite was spacious but the tv in the living space was not working. The air conditioning did not go below 78 in the summer that is hot. Also, they have a coffeemaker but no filters or coffee and there is no continental breakfast.

THe hotel was bad, I didn't think the bed were the most comfortable that I have ever slept on but then I have slept on worse. It was quiet. Great location.

nice location to everything

it was OK for the price but beware there is a 3.50 a night Service charge that isnt told to you before. for the price it was OK, the carpet was really dirty and the TV channels are horrible.. 30 channels like basic channels

Yes, they do have a ice machine, but there is also a pad lock on it, you have to goto the front, get the key, get your ice, and bring the key back - WHAT??? The TV is about 13", and only has about 30 stations. I ended up having to pay 3 different tax charges, including a resort fee, resort sales tax, and a resort tourist tax - not sure what part of this motel they feel is a resort, seems like a simple motel to me... all in all, I ended up paying $29 (WOW) extra when I checked in, I thought after I paid Orbits for the room that was it, the extra fee is very unfair as it is not listed anywhere & it seems most other booking on Orbits are not like that, guess the Goldstar was hurting for money or something or felt the rate I paid was not enough.... may explain why only about 20% of their rooms were full. The internet had 2 speeds, slow & slower - not sure where they get high speed from, but it never went down the few days I was there, just took forever to load. Seems like a "resort" would have a better internet provider. The room however was nice & clean, new carpet, several mirrors, quite, unique, didn't have the musty smell most hotel rooms have, in fact the room didn't really have any smell... all rooms are non-smoking, (I don't smoke but it does seem unfair to not have smoking rooms, also seems that's another reason nobody was there ) several cameras outside in plain view which makes you feel very safe, don't really have to worry about your car getting broke into. You should also beware of any motel that makes a copy of your credit card! Guess they are worried someone will steal their 13' TV!

I was worried by what type of room I would have for such a low price. I'm very happy with the room and would stay again
