The location was the absolute Best! Right on the Royal Mile. Sights, shops and cafes very close by. Even able to meet tours for out of town just up the street. Highly recommend and would definitely return myself

We arrived on Friday and noticed that the bathtub was not draining properly. We reported this on Saturday morning. None came to fix the issue and it kept getting worse over days. We asked to move a room on Monday, which finally triggered someone to come fix the drain 3 days after reporting an issue. This was unacceptable. Upon arrival, we were also told that there is no room service for short stays (ours was 6 nights). However, we had to ask someone to clean the apartment because the floor upon arrival was covered in lint, hair, and dust that would make our feet so dirty that you couldn't walk from shower to bed barefoot. It was terrible. The towels were so old and poor quality that they shed lint everywhere. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, it felt like sleeping on a slab of rock and not in a good way for someone who likes to sleep on a medium firm or firm mattress. In summary, this place will make you unhappy.
There was some soap in the shower but not much. Room was not very big for 3 people. Breakfast was too restrictive, would prefer smaller one or buns.
I LOVED this apartment! The room was incredible, the location was incredible, & the staff were all friendly & knowledgable. I could easily live in that space. Everything was clean & comfy too. Excellent property. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
The location of the property is great - right on the Royal Mile and within a walking distance of all major attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As this is an "apartment hotel', each room has a full kitchen with all the appliances. There is also a laundry room with 2 sets of washers/dryers, which were coin operated and not always accessible. There is no daily maid service, but we stayed 5 nights and did not experience any inconvenience. The rooms are not very large,but large enough to accommodate everything you need, because their design is nearly perfect. The only complaint that we had was that the bathroom was somewhat small and the shower did not work too well - turning it on was tricky and the water pressure was rather low.
Loved the convenience, the cleanliness, the customer service, parking. Didn’t like the view. The property could use some better ambiance.
Loved this hotel. Mini kitchen with a Nespresso machine with 2 complimentary pods. They charged 1 Pound per pod after that. Bed was a Murphy bed but comfortable. We also took advantage of the laundry facilities which was so convenient on our 2 week trip

Only stayed one night, but would definitely come back if in Edinburgh again. Rooms are apartment style with kitchenette and very spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Building has amenities such as breakfast and laundry room (important for long stays!). Discounted parking is provided at car park around the block. Location is great, on the Royal Mile. Would definitely recommend for both long and short stays.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry your stay did not meet your expectations on this occasion. I would like to clarify some details of your stay. You reported the issues with the floor and the bath tub to myself on Saturday morning and I arranged for Housekeeping to vacuum and mop your room whilst you were out. I also explained to you we did not have maintenance as it was the weekend, however I would try to resolve the issue myself. I went to your room and improved the issue the best I could and left a note for my colleagues to explain I had fixed it the best as possible but it would need to be fixed by maintenance on Monday or we could offer you a room move. On Monday morning you came to complain to me again that the drain was to slow and I again explained it would need to be fixed by maintenance who was now in the building and I would ask them to go straight away. If they were unable to fix it I would be more than happy to move your room. Maintenance were able to fix the issue straight away. During your stay you did not report any issues with the towels or the bed, had you reported these we would have been more than happy to add a topper to your bed or provide you with new towels. We thank you again for your feedback and are sorry it did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
