Outdoor & Waterfront Amenities:
Private Pool & Hot Tub: Swimming pool with optional heating (fee applies), tanning ledge, 5-person hot tub, and two 10' stand-up paddle boards. Access to the lake is within walking distance.

Lakefront Access: Electric boat lift in marina (supports V-hull and pontoon boats up to 24 feet)

Patio & Grill Area: Outdoor patio with a 36" gas grill, cooking station, and fenced pool area.

Communal Amenities: Access to an amenity center with a large swimming pool, sand volleyball court, pickleball court, basketball court, bocce ball, and tetherball.

Pet Policy: One dog allowed (under 50 lbs) with a $150 pet fee. Aggressive breeds and puppies under one year are not permitted. A signed rental agreement with dog details is required.

General Amenities: Free WiFi, air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, complimentary toiletries, in-unit washer and dryer, linens and towels, and hair dryers.

Notes: The garage is unavailable for parking but includes storage for paddle boards and an extra refrigerator.

A start-up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, and cooking essentials. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. A few beach towels are provided. The guest is responsible for additional needs.

Suggested items to bring are life jackets, extra paper goods, and ice. There is a large grocery store in Marble Falls, 7.5 miles away, with delivery service.

Parking
There is space for vehicles in the driveway. Additional vehicles can park throughout the community. There is no trailer storage in the parking space. You will be towed within 30 minutes.
