This was a perfect place for me to stay to visit Cumberland Island (~10 mile) and Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge (30 miles). It was also within an hours drive to Jekyll Island and Amelia Island. Very convenient to drive to, since it's practically next to the Hwy I-95.The hotel was very clean and the rooms looked new. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge and all pots and pans that looked practically new. The staff was very friendly and they have a full, hot breakfast. There is a Publix and a Wal-Mart nearby to get any supplies you need for a longer stay. I really enjoyed my stay here and would visit again if I am in that area. Cons: the only cons I can find is that sometimes it's hard to find when you are driving since it is hidden behind the Microtel, Days Inn, and a BP gas station - they should have a larger, better lit sign next to the road. The GPS frequently takes you to Hospitality Avenue and it's not accessible from there. It's hidden behind a few stores and the access road is not marked or named. Enter the pathway between the BP/El Cheapo and the Dunkin Donut stores to be able to make it there. If you miss that then you have to spend another 15 minutes to make a U-turn further along the road and make sure you find the right entrance.

This hotel was the best stay I've ever had. Nice room great staff all around perfect experience

Wasn't hard to find and excellent location to everything in city. Right off i 95. The hotel was clean and good breakfast in the morning.

Staff was very nice and helpful room were very clean and roomy will be back thanks for everything

Very comfortable nice would recommend to my family and friends

The location was very nice once we found the hotel. Everything was good except there was only one bath towel in the room when we arrived; the room wasn't cleaned on day two; and when we returned to the room on the afternoon of the second day, our keys no longer worked. The hotel breakfast was good but the coffee was awful. We didn't spend much time in the room but when we were there if was fairly comfortable. I would recommend it because the rate was good and better than I expected for the money.

Very nice modern hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Large refrigerator in room.

The good: Let me start by saying the room was great. It had a full kitchen, full size refridgerator, nice big bed, nice tv's, a really nice big granite shower, all of the counter tops were granite, and the room was nice and big. Breakfast was good. The bad: The staff lacked common people skills. They did not seem to want to be there and they let it show. I was informed upon checking-in that breakfast was served from 7 am-10 am. When I came down to eat breakfast at 9:05 am all of the food had been put away and the buffet cleaned up. When I asked the desk attendant where breakfast was her response was breakfast ends at 9 am. When I explained that I was told breakfast was unitl 10 am, they made no attempt to rectify the situation.

Comfortable, clean and great staff. Easy to get to but hard to find the first time.

Was in town for a wedding and chose to stay here because of the good value combined with nice, new facilities. While the staff was nice and the location convenient, the hotel disappointed in a few ways. The room, or suite as they call it seemed a little run down. Carpet was stained in several places and some of the furniture looked a little worse for wear. There was also a constant smell of bleach in the bathroom. Even with all of the lights turned on in the room, it still seemed dark as the ceilings are very high and there is only one window at the far end of the bedroom.

I wanted to take home the mattress. The most comfortable bed ever!

Very Comfortable, Very Clean; Nice,Friendly Staff, Quiet, Felt Safe and Secure, Beautiful Grounds and Lobby, Great Breakfast, Terrific Snack Shop.

We just hung out and relaxed at thbe hotel and in the St. Mary's area. It was our perfect vacation-- and the hotel was a big part of that. The staff was amazing-- friendly without pushiness and with a genuine servant attitude at all times. They were very gracious. The breakfast bar was fabulous. This was one of, if not the best hotel of this type we have stayed in for a long time...

We only stayed one night and we were very late checking in. They held our room for us and the staff was very friendly. I will stay stay there again next time we travel in that area.

Great Hotel, good restaurants in area.

I arrived at the hotel to find a very friendly staff. The hotel was in a great location, in the heart of everything. The hotel was clean and quite. The breakfast was the best! Thank you for a great stay.
