This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Better than other hotels Orbitz advertises with a four star rating.

Even though we had made reservations for a room on the first floor with convenient parking at the door, the woman at the desk could not accommodate us. There was a beautiful pool with water that was freezing cold. The room was comfortable and the bed was good.

Thumbs up all the way. Fantastic breakfast very comfortable and I loved the artwork and atmosphere.

We checked in and immediately checked out after we saw the room. We want over 3 stars hotel, this hotel seems to be ~2 stars. Anyway the wall doodle looks pretty.

It is a cool Route 66 themed motel, with some great old cars. All of the employees I encountered were very nice and helpful! Thanks.

What a wonderful hotel, besides being clean and spacious, the paintings all over the building were fantastic! I loved it, the pool was clean and well maintained, there was a lovely little dog park for people who brought their dogs, the 1950's era car was very cool and the desk clerk was super nice! Breakfast was very good and I also had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious! All in all, extremely well maintained hotel, lovely picturesque place to stay and very nice and clean! Will be going back!

Great staff, lobby, bar. The rooms have been nicely remodeled but have less than desired issues. My room had 2 holes in the walls and the AC could not keep up. Poor maintenance it would appear. Cool vibe in the common areas!

It was beautiful, quite and I would recommend it to others breakfast was awesome.

Out dated hotel, I guess they have to pay for the crapy artwork on every outside wall somehow. Room was 78 dollars with tax and was very small and a complete let down. Bed was soft as granite. Breakfast in the morning was even worse, all in all was a complete let down

The Ramada was certainly affordable, and the room was spacious. I also appreciated having the fridge and microwave in the room. The carpet looked like it was past due for cleaning, and the bed was uncomfortably hard, so i didn't sleep well. The breakfast was great-cooked to order and abundant. I don't know if I would stay again, as the bed was so uncomfortable, but for less discriminating backs, it's a good deal.

Good stay. Clean room, staff very good, good location. Only wish it had in room coffee. Very good food!

Needed a place in town to stash a friend as a surprise for my fathers 80 th birthday. It was exactly what we needed, my family even came back to the bar after the party had a great time, staff was wonderful

Nothing special. Nothing bad either. Small problem/ issue with billing, but it got resolved without too much hassle.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not feel like I was on a business trip. The Bar food was good, staff was very nice but was a little noisy though you do not hear that in your rooms. Will recommend and stay again here. :)

The location off the freeway was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuit and gravy. We would certainly stay there again.

We booked a king nonsmoking room. When we got to the hotel there was very loud Black Sabath music coming from the attached bar. I asked that our room be as far away from that as possible. I was assured that there would be no noise in the room they gave me which was next to the bar. When we got to the room, we found 2 queens instead of the king we had booked. This would have been fine if it had meant that they placed us in a room that would actually be quieter. There was loud music and yelling get late in to the night. The rooms were clean and the grounds were nice. But we had been hoping for a good night's sleep, not a party outside our door.

The east part of the hotel was next to a very busy set of coast to coast railroad tracks. Too noisy. Nice people and the room had no glairing faults. The breakfast was nice and the staff was also friendly. The facility was easy to find and close to I 40.

Staff was outstanding. The grounds and pool well cared for. And comfortable beds which is most important. It is an older motel but definitely charming.

I must have killed half a dozen bugs/spiders in this hotel. Someone else before me had too because there were bug guts & legs stuck to the bathroom wall. Must admit I'm a bit of a "hotel snob" and this is a MOTEL through and through. It's old and dirty. If you're used to staying at better hotels (like me), even "on the road", you might not like this one. Problem is, there aren't really any better hotels in Kingman.

The staff and management were delightfully courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled good. The swimming pool looked great. Not your average little motel. They offered cookies, coffee, bottled water and snacks in the lobby. I asked the clerk for directions to a grocery store to buy a bottle of wine and she asked me if I preferred white or red. Then she gifted me one! I would not hesitate at all and would whole-heatedly recommend this facility. I just wish that this experience would be the norm for all Ramadas. However, I know it wAs unique because the next night I stayed at the Ramada East in Albuquerque and sadly the place was in serious disrepair! The staff couldn't offer a better functioning room so the refunded my room charge the next morning when I requested it.

While we do try to honor all of our guest's requests for room location, we are not always able to accommodate these requests due to occupancy. We are sorry that we were unable to get you the room that you liked but we are glad to here that the bed was to your liking and we hope to see you again next time!

Thank you so much for staying with and for the kind words. We try really hard to bring a true Route 66 experience to all of our guests. There are a lot of places to sleep in Kingman, but none bring the experience like the Ramada! We hope to have you stay with us again, as we are always making improvements and it will be even better the next time you are here.

Thank you so much for staying with us. We try really hard to bring a true Route 66 experience to all of our guests. Some folks love our murals and every once in a great while someone doesnt. There are a lot of places to sleep in Kingman, but none bring the experience like the Ramada! We hope you will give us another try as your experience is not one we hear about very often and we know if you are here again you will enjoy yourself.
